Auto enter certain info
Can you set up your home address, email address, phone number etc to automatically suggest the full response when it asks for very basic info.

First initial attempt doesn’t let me see my mail.
To remedy the issue I hard close out the app EVERY first attempt, which usually fixes the issue.I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -

1. Open the AOL App.
2. Click on Mail.
3. Open an Email
4. Tap on “More”.

Stability, where it works ALL the time, versus unexpected halts/reloads
Please check for stability. AOL Mail and NEWS now exhibits frequent unexpected reloads.

Duplicate Sent Emails in Draft
Every time I send an email it duplicates another in sits in draft. What is going on?

Once you’re viewing your email list, if you tap Home to return to your home screen the next time you go into the app it will start on mail instead of news.

All of a sudden I Can’t send or receive mail. Every message says something I need CHANGE “IMAP settings
They’re using an alternative email. It’s got my wrong Email Address/Apple ID. How
do I put it back? They don’t have my password. What’s an IMAP setting? How do I set it back? (Help!)Please delete and re-add your account. The incoming and outgoing mail servers require SSL enabled for all ports, and also the username field in the account setup, needs to contain your full email address, including @aol.com at the end.
In case your server settings are correct, open the link below (and sign in if necessary), and make sure the option “Allow apps that use less secure sign-in” is turned ON.

After this turning ON this option, check if your mail application is able to connect. If the problem persists, verify if the “Two-step verification” option on the Account Security page (the URL above) is turned ON or OFF.

The feature about editing folders is not available using the AOL App. In order to manage your folders, please access mail.aol.com from a desktop computer.

Where the &$%# is “mail”?
How about a tab called “Login” or “Mail” where you can actually check aol email? What happened???
In order to access your emails, simply tap the “Envelope” icon.

Not working
When you tried to read an article and it says continue to read after scroll it shows nothing but other articles the remainder of the article is absent. This has been going on for a week please correct.

Logging in
This is to something that was posted on logging in on 5/7/19. I have tried deleting the AOL app and reinstalled it. I have tried backing up my phone and deleting and resetting my phone and I still can’t set up AOL mail. Every time I go into the app it states something went wrong try again later. I have deleted and reinstalled everything. Thanks
Are you able to log in by going to mail.aol.com using an external browser? If yes, please try switching the internet connection from WiFi to cellular data or vice-versa.

How can I delete more than 1 email at a time? Or empty folders?
I can’t find any way to get rid of my 4000 emails except one at a time. Then hoe do you get rid of deleted emails?
Here is how to delete multiple emails:
1. Tap the Mail icon in the AOL app.
2. Tap the folder your message is in.
3. Tap the box next to the messages you want deleted.
4. Alternatively, tap Select All after selecting the first message.
5. Tap the Delete icon at the top of the screen.

Thanks for reaching out. The best way to teach the spam filter to treat an email as not spam is to use the “Mark as not Spam” feature.
