Glitchy Notification Badge
The app badge would keep saying I have 1 unopened new email or say I have multiple new email. When I check it says the inbox is empty or it wouldn’t load any email and say there are no new email. Please fix.

After you open an email, in the lower right corner over the Settings cog wheel there is a small square icon. Tapping it will enlarge the screen.

What’s going on
On ios 13 when i swipe to another screen then swipe back the aol program reloads the whole email box and not back to the email I had opened

Unfortunately you can not change the browser. AOL app uses by default the phone’s browser.

Rdoar latency issue
iPhone 10, latest iOS version, latest aol app; aol “not permitted” in iPhone settings, so as not to appear under “mail” icon on iPhone main page.
Issue: when aol. App is closed, any email received will cause iPhone to “ping”, and number in red bubble will appear in aol. Icon to signify receipt of mail; on main iPhone page, image of e-mail will briefly appear, and if I touch that image, I will be taken to mail in ‘new mail’ box in aol. App.
However, if i am on main page, and aol. Closed, and I receive e-mail, iPhone will…

How can I save an email and then retrieve it?
In order to save a draft email, tap the “Pen” icon, write the email, after that tap the arrow in the upper left and click on “Save Draft”.

Can you set up your home address, email address, phone number etc to automatically suggest the full response when it asks for very basic info.

Galleries on Phone
Since the latest update, the captions on the individual pictures are bunched at the bottom of the screen and can’t be read.
You used to be able to tap the picture and the caption would rise, but no more.
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -

Stability, where it works ALL the time, versus unexpected halts/reloads
Please check for stability. AOL Mail and NEWS now exhibits frequent unexpected reloads.

Duplicate Sent Emails in Draft
Every time I send an email it duplicates another in sits in draft. What is going on?

Once you’re viewing your email list, if you tap Home to return to your home screen the next time you go into the app it will start on mail instead of news.
