Deleted emails keep coming back
Every time I delete my emails, they come back, I have to delete them several times before they go away.
This issue might be a result of using the account configured as POP, in one of your mail clients or mobile devices.
POP downloads email from a server to a single computer/device, then deletes it from the server. Because your messages get downloaded to a single computer or device and then deleted from the server, it can appear that mail is missing or disappearing from your Inbox if you try to check your mail from a different computer. Please check your account setup on all of your devices and email clients (e.g. Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail), and for the ones that are using the account as POP, please make sure to have the option to leave a copy of the message on the server checked, or setup the account to use IMAP instead of POP.

PDF, Word, Excel files attachment option
When sending an reply or mail from Mobile and try to attach File - only photos folder option available and not able to attach PDF, Word or Excel files .
Needful PleaseOn iOS running devices you can only attach Pictures or Videos.

Unfortunately, the feature about editing folders is not available using the AOL App. In order to manage your folders, please access mail.aol.com from a desktop computer.
Here’s how to add an account:
1. From the bottom of the main menu, tap the Settings icon.
2. Tap Manage Accounts.
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Enter your AOL username and password.
5. Tap Sign in.

aol app errors app won’t let me search in app. I get notifications when they’re turned off this happens on my iPhone and iPad

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -
Emails - Photos/videos
Literally 9/10 times i try to send a photo or video (under the file size limit obviously) they never make it to other person... the email goes fine but with no attachments.
Please try switching the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data or vice-versa to see if the issue persists. Also, try sending a test email to your own email address to see if you’re receiving it and make sure you don’t attach files that are larger than 25MB.

Why can’t I send an email with 136 addresses
I send out emails to my membership often. I used to b able to click send and they went through. Now , I have to break my membership emails into two and send one at a time. There must be an easier way. Please help
DianeUnfortunately, what you’re looking for is no longer offered in the current version of AOL Mail. If you’ve received a notification that a limit of the number of sent emails was reached or you’ve sent to too many contacts, you’ll need to wait before you can send more emails.
Because of our antispam policies, we do not disclose the specific limits on the number of emails you can send or the number of contacts you can email at once. Nor do we disclose the waiting period before you can continue sending emails.

Please contact me..***@aol.com. Need to change my aol name..it’s just to hard for some people and I have to spell it out..
AOL usernames cannot be modified, however you can always create a brand new AOL account.
Here’s how:
1. Go to the main AOL page.
2. Click Login / Join in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click Sign up at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter and submit the requested information. -
App keeps crashing
My aol app keeps crashing and slow. I have to constantly keep going back into the app. Why?

Contacts missing on aol app since deceber 2021
As of december 2021 i cant see my contacts when I compose or forward email on aol app from iphone or ipad. But contacts can be found if I send mail through safari at aol.com. How can i get the right contacts onto the app?

Access to my Aol calendar via Aol. App
The Aol. App on my iPhone seems to give me access to all the Aol info on my pc except my Aol calendar. Is this feature not supported or do I just not know how to make it work?

Notifications of email received
How come the app does not give a notification alert on the app icon when I receive new emails.
In order to receive notifications, you can turn them on by going to Settings > Notifications.

AOL Iwatch app
The Iwatch app is not working at all just keeps on loading and that is as far as it gets

Galleries on Phone
Since the latest update, the captions on the individual pictures are bunched at the bottom of the screen and can’t be read.
You used to be able to tap the picture and the caption would rise, but no more.

Security issue by another aol member
I have made a report of issues to Facebook yahoo and now email of multiple hacks at different times from different people from different places. I am now addressing the AOL issue. I found an embedded email address of someone in my aol account that has an ex employee of ours initials embedded in the email address that was in the settings of my account. I think they were able to see my emails and may be trying to steal or hack data. I need to verify and confirm if it is Alex Hernandez as typed in the embedded email…
