Mail always late
The mail arrive time always seems be
Way behind the sent time. How often does the app on iPhone check for mail?I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -

I read all I could online and still can’t figure out how to se ALL my mail. I see only the ones not read. I want to also see the ones I have read. Settings not intuitive.
Please tap "All’ in the upper left corner and choose the filter you want.

To keep an email as new just swipe right on that specific message and you’ll see the option Unread.

Duplicate Emails
Emails are showing up as duplicates within inbox ever since app was updated last week. Please correct. Thank you.

Notifications disappear
Every time I get a notification from aol app regarding receiving an email, the notification always disappears from the notification centre on my iPhone. So they’ll be times where I wouldn’t know I got an email, until I open the app. And to clarify, my settings at set to allow AOL (Mail) to send notifications to my phone. It would be very beneficial if this problem were to be fixed.

AOL app case number 21394334
Case number 21394333, My AOL app only allows me to login to my email account once or twice before the login screen freezes. I logout after checking my email each time I am on the app. When I reopen the app and go to login option, it will not respond.

Can’t delete anything in the app now! The Idea would be to fix it. Can you do that?

To delete email in the app you have a few options:
- From the message list you can swipe to the left on a message to delete.
- You can tap on a message to open it and tap the trash can in the lower left.
You can tap on the icon to the left of the sender’s name and then tap the trash icon in the lower left corner
To delete multiple messages simultaneously:
- Tap the icon to the left of the sender’s name on each message you wish to delete (this will show the selection circles for all of the list)
- Tap the trash icon in the lower left -
In the last two weeks, the emails in this program do not open as fast as they used to. The wheel keeps turning. BlueMail works fine.
Email content does not open instantly in AOL MAIL. OPENING EMAILS IN BlueMail works just fine. This has been happening for a few weeks. I am having no problems with AOL desktop in Microsoft Windows 10.

6.49.1 update, no longer get email

Why won’t aol ket me log in, keeps telling me to enable cookies in my browser… even after i do so…..
Remove the need orr cookies to be enabled when logging in. I should have the option of which site I want cookies allowed from

Email draft folders lock up AOL app. Should be a better way than to restart iPad
There should be a way to escape a locked up AOL app. Is this due to iOS upgrade to 15.3?

Signing out
Where does one go to sign off?!?!
Hello there. In order to sign off, please go to Settings, Manage accounts, Edit and tap Remove near the account you want to sign off.

Some of my e-mails are showing my e-mail address but has another person’s name on it...Please advise.
Hi there. Sorry to hear that! It does sound like your sending name may need to be corrected as well.
You can check your sending name by following these steps. Please go to ’’Options’’ – ‘’Mail Settings’’ – ’’Compose’’ – ‘’Display Name’’ and enter the name you want displayed when you send an email.
