My mailbox won’t update..
My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

I have mail being received on my iPhone aol mail but no mail received at all on my iPad aol mail device.

Cannot get my today’s emails, get message that my email couldn’t be sent & have no idea which one or to whom. Recently I have found that AOL has decided that many of my incoming emails are SPAM-why is that? That should be my decision. Can’t tell now if my emails have been sent or not.
AOL
has worked, more or less, for me over
25years, and now this happened. I am close to 90 and find this online way to communicate with my old friends so helpful until now, when you have just cut off this connection. Can’t handle this. Please let us go back to the way it used to be. -

My old mails can’t be accessed. They are not available in the old mail section/folder making it impossible for me to access them.

Same problem, and I used to check if a mail sent was read or deleted by recipients, and now I can’t tell if it was even acknowledged..
