Let me receive my AOL emails on my mail app for the iPhone. This AOL app isn’t what I want to use to receive and send my emails.
I want my AOL emails to return to my iPhone mail app. I don’t want to use your AOL app. Pretty sneaky of AOL to decide for me how I choose to receive a send emails. Especially on Christmas Day I want nothing to do with your app yet you force me to do so to get my emails on my iPhone. Extremely rotten of you to do so Once again you did it on Christmas Day. As if I don’t have anything better to do than spend 2 plus hours calling researching and being told to pay a fee to talk to a technician that might be able to help me. ROTTEN ROTTEN ROTTEN AOL PEOPLE. 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼👎🏻👎.

Hi. Emails take extremely long to download on this new app. Pretty much the only way to get around this is go back to the old mail icon that we aren’t supposed to use. Also, when filing emails in the original app, it knew by the sender what folder in which to file. This new app requires filing emails manually. Also, the subject line doesn’t always carry over when respond/forward emails so we have to retype. It’s very cumbersome.

I hate the new AOL app. Confusing. Too much stuff I don’t want. And it doesn’t load on my iPad. I want my old AOL Mail app.

Fix this issue now!!
I pay a monthly fee for tech support and your premium service. I don’t want another app on my phone! As with my Gmail accounts I want to use the iOS mail application. If this is not corrected in the near future I will migrate away from AOL after 25 years of service!
I also do not want your biased news feeds.
AOL, you’ve managed to tee off thousands of long time users and they want a response!
AOL Yahoo Verizon are you listening??? -

Agree let the iOS connection continue- the aol app does not work- requiring password etc each time - doesn’t retain added accounts data - gmail will thank you if not corrected ASAP

I don’t like having another app on my phone, my iPhone email worked just fine with AOL, your app is different, plus it has a ad on it at top wasting space, I don’t see why we’re forced to change this! I don’t find this new app practical either. And I doubt any of this is any more secure than anything else. It seems to me an excuse to keep control over the customers. 🙁

I want my email through my iOS mail. Security should not be a concern with an Apple product, that is why I spent the extra money. I loved the easy to see text and easy to use ways to manage emails with the iOS format. I get news and weather through other apps so this aol. Mail app is redundant information. I have used aol since sending email became available, very disappointing that I had neither control nor choice over this switch and the “use it or lose it” attitude of Aol.

Extremely poor judgment and strategy from a company that has not kept up with technology. The IOS app is a much easier to read format ~ and no one wants to go two places to read email. My guess is this is taking AOL further down the path of obsolescence which they are clearly on.
Heads up ~ you will lose all NOTES if you follow the instructions to delete your AOL account and reinstall. Everything about this was so not cool. Will be switching over totally to my Gmail account.

I agree I do not want or like your app. I should be able to choose how I get my mail without all the junk you have added to your app! I have been with aol for over forty years and should be able to continue with my iPhone mail app.

Agree. Let me use the iOS app to read and send my AOL mail. I made the changes you required to allow me to do so, but it does not work today.

I couldn’t agree more. Why do we need to switch to your app that forces me to read your bias news, I just want my mail. It’s disgusting to me the way you report the news. I’ll probably be deleting my mail account after having it for over 20 years.

Why am I forced to read the bias news. I just want my email. Is there a way to eliminate that? I want the email version. Don’t like apps. Have to get mail in different ways now. Will probably switch
