Let me receive my AOL emails on my mail app for the iPhone. This AOL app isn’t what I want to use to receive and send my emails.
I want my AOL emails to return to my iPhone mail app. I don’t want to use your AOL app. Pretty sneaky of AOL to decide for me how I choose to receive a send emails. Especially on Christmas Day I want nothing to do with your app yet you force me to do so to get my emails on my iPhone. Extremely rotten of you to do so Once again you did it on Christmas Day. As if I don’t have anything better to do than spend 2 plus hours calling researching and being told to pay a fee to talk to a technician that might be able to help me. ROTTEN ROTTEN ROTTEN AOL PEOPLE. 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼👎🏻👎.

I agree with every SINGLE COMMENT
I’ve read re the new & terrible time consuming non productive changes to AOL.
I’ll also have to delete my account in order to simplify receiving my emails.
After all we do have other options! -

I agree. It’s full of ads that doesn’t give any options to opt out! I can’t see myself putting up with this for long.

A horrific idea for the user which obviously was changed to show pop ups for making money.
It is disgraceful to have to enter password at every new phone opening, besides I will change to get my email in a much better format. -

This app is terrible! I’ve been with AOL for many years, I think I’m switching to something else. It makes me mad you forced me into this app. Not a good move on your part.👎🏻

First day using this was yesterday. I do not expect to keep it. I find the ads infuriating. I have issues with my vision and I can get dizzy from moving video or sliding images... I felt so sick yesterday. And I don’t like this app in any way so far.

Hate what you are doing , trying to make us use your app. Don’t like the format at all. Spent yet another hour trying to be able to get my email on my mail app. Got to the point of entering a password twice but they did not come through for15min, when the time out is 1min. I am going round and round in circles getting no where. I’m going to have to pay someone to do it for me. Thank you very much. Why is my access mail app out of date on a brand new iPad? Not happy at all

I want my emails on my iPhone mail app. I’ve been trying to turn off notifications of emails and it will not turn off. I received a lot of emails so the notifications are going off all the time. I HATE that I can’t turn it off even though I’ve tried in the settings.

Obviously they don't want their big logo removed from the iphone Passwords & Accounts settings which states "Mail, Notes". Then everybody gets to press AOL twice or more times, thinking they made a mistake entering the info. Surprise! Surprise! They didn't.......

Been a customer since 1999, probably much longer than those working for AOL. I’m older, disabled and just want my mail. Are you happy forcing me to be besieged by ads I have no money or interest in? Why not do something for those of us who’ve stuck with y’all since the time of the dinosaurs?? I just want my mail. I want to send it. I want to receive it. Period.

I’ve had AOL for over 30 years. I hate this mail app. Crashes often, there’s always a delay in downloading new mail. Also, hate not being able to get may AOL mail within the iPhone Mail feature as before. This was the worst change ever.

This app is so annoying, I always have to put in my password to look at my mail, I can't select all to delete my hundreds of emails I don't read, why did you have to change? It was perfect!! I've had aol for years and so sad that you changed.
