App is not well managed. Wouldn’t pay for any service from Aol if this continues

It does not allow one to delete an email after reading and go directly on to the next unread email. Nor can you go from one email directly to the next email without going back to one's inbox.
Allow the user to set his/her email to go directly from one email to the next without having to back the inbox each time.
Obviously the designer of the new app doesn't use it.

PLEASE BRING BACK OLD VERSION OF AOL MAIL FOR IOS! This new version is awkward, confusing and not user friendly. I can’t cc or bcc; all of my contacts are not showing.

The new app format is awful. It keeps saying could not download mail, try again. Never had that problem before. And it is not clear what is mail and what is an add. You made them all look the same. Bring back the old format.

Since your new update, I can’t retrieve my email in my iPhone 8. The circle keeps spinning. If I can open it, which is seldom, I can’t retrieve new email. I can only see past emails. PLEASE fix this.

Why are you making us use the updated app? this very annoying app? just leave it as it was, everything worked fine in IOS before. people are going to stop using AOL, and get rid of the ads in the mail, i’m paying a monthly subscription, i don’t want ads every time i open my mail!

This feature is not only intrusive, but is also a real security risk! On an iPhone if someone was to accidently touch this auto reply option at the bottom of an email it could respond to a scam/ransom/virus etc. type of email.
At the very least there needs to be a setting allowing a user to turn off this feature! -

Recently switched from web-based access to aol app. While I can open links in emails, I can no longer print opened content.
Also have to login in virtually every time I want to check email on my iPad
Ability to open new mail is spotty, often when I tap to open the message get’s moved to old mail
The aol app is a major step backwards!

Return the choice of not advancing to another message when you delete a read message

In this newest version of the iOS app you cannot choose to select emails you sent to read as when you delete a message you automatically advance to view the previous message rather than not view any message so you can select the desired message

The update is awful in many ways! It automatically opens the next email with no way to change that in settings.
Some of my folders have disappeared PLUS it looks terrible! The huge icons are distracting and juvenile! I want the old app back! -

Fix access problems
New idea: Allow access from MS Outlook again on both MS and IOS devices. Much easier to manage workflow and to save messages. And your APP does not function

I’ve had a nail account for nigh on 15 years with no problem at all.
Now with this new app I’m forced to use let’s you in on the phone not on the pc, then every time you try you have to reset the password!
Then it continually asks you for a back up email address, which I don’t have because I’ve an AOL acc!!!To add insult to injury, every time you access your email on the phone, you get bombarded with adverts on your email tabs. Infuriating to the core!
Here’s an idea..............bring back the old system, it’s far FAR BETTER!

Every time it wants me to sign in and then I have to go find my phone to get a stupid code. It’s the same iPad every time. Stupid person who thought this one up.
