Some months ago I changed over the AOL app to receive Mail as you advised AOL no longer supported it on iPhone etc. I am constantly having issues with both receiving and opening Mail. What can you advise to remedy problem.

I have been unable to access my emails. I CANNOT OPEN THEM! I depend on these emails and once you required me to sign in again......you say my password is incorrect and then say you are sending me a code to put in and IT IS BEING SENT BY EMMAIL.....I CANNOT GET MY EMAILS. I HAVE one cell phone number attached to me account. Can I please change that number. I never get anything on my cell from you. H E L P!

I hate the AOL app. I want my mail in the IOS mail account on my iPad. If it doesn’t get fixed I am moving away from aol to gmail. I have just gone into settings and deleted and reentered my email address for the third time after receiving a message that the IOS app couldn’t send my emails. This is ridiculous. FIX IT!!!!!

There is a glitch in the mail notification. After I’ve read all new emails and deleted them, there is still a notification of “1” on my app, indicating that I have unread mail when there is none. I’ve tried everything to clear this- emptied spam, trash, sorted by “unread” and there are no new messages to generate that notification.

I’ve been with AOL since you took over Verizon. No problems until now. Suddenly on my phone, using the AOL app, I have to sighting anew every time I open the app. Sometimes, it just goes into a loop asking me to sign in over and over again without being able to access any mail.
It was bad enough when you decided that you would not allow users to use Outlook. Now you won’t even support your own app.

I have been with AOL since 2013 and I’ve never had a complaint to make and in the main I do not complain at all but since being forced by AOL to make their changes I’ve had email issues, I can’t get rid of the stupid adverts that come every time I go to email, I’ve had issues where people can’t hear me in the phone sounding like I’m in the back of behind. AOL
Do not make it easy to find any resolution. There was nothing wrong with it before and I think it should go back to the way it was. Also it has completed knocked off my work VPN which I can’t seem to get back so I now have to carry my iPad out so I can see work mail. -

Unbelievable that you would change what most people have stayed with AOL for is that we love the mail layout. I have been with you for 15 years, but if I have to sign in with your new app, this is goodbye to AOL. I only stayed and paid the monthly $5 fee strictly because of the mail. Given you have changed it, I will go with one of the free emails, or with spectrum which is my internet provider. BYE AOL......YOU REALLY SCREWED UP.

I have lost several week of emails that were in my inbox - some were flagged. I can’t even find the flagged ones by searching in flagged either. This is very distressing and I can’t find anywhere to get help to recover them.

Go back to the way AOL was before the so called security update or risk loosing many long time users. Verizon, you own AOL, are you listening? You risk loosing longtime Verizon customers because of this.

I am never able to read an entire news article because advertisements continue to load and half way through the article it says scroll down to read the remainder of the article. The only thing after that message are advertisements and other articles.

I updated my profile info about 2 weeks ago, added a profile picture and some changes on my name. But till date, it’s yet to reflect. It’s more like I didn’t change anything because the name is still the same, and the picture wasn’t added
