Trying to reset a password with free help site
Help site doesn't work when you send the code to the current email account that I can't log into. Tried calling support who tries to charge us for reset when your free service doesn't work. I will cancel all aol accounts if you can't reset my password for free. Initial customer service person would not reach a manager for me. On with a tech support person now who is giving me the same story. I asked for an email address for a supervisor, manager or CEO - nothing. You guys suck. Changing all services over to gmail. Wow, an email provider whose very own support page says you can't accept emails due to the pandemic. Give me a freaking break.
