Links don't work in Chrome- try number 3. Please stop closing these out without discussion.
I tried your latest suggestion, and again, that does not work. Popups are not blocked, but this is still not functioning. There is a problem with the code for the AOL mail tool that is not compatible with a standards based browser like Chrome. Your team needs to test in more than just Internet Explorer for functionality. I have identified the code that has an issue below. This needs passed along to a developer who can review the problem code, implement a change and test it for functionality, as this issue is likely affecting tens of thousands of AOL and…
In case you are using an ad-blocker, pause it for the AOL Mail page. If this is not the case, go to the Google Chrome menu (three horizontal dots on the top right), select More tools then Extensions, and disable the extensions one by one, and check if the problem persists.

Can you escalate me to someone who helps code your solution that can help the 10,000+ customers who have AOL email addresses that are affected by this issue please?

Please dont merge this into the generic solution that doesnt work - I cannot check my AOL/Verizon email from Gmail anymore
I logged this before and it was merged with the catch all idea to delete your accounts and re add them. THIS DOES NOT WORK. Something has changed on the AOL side to make adding these accounts to Gmail not work. I have a few Verizon/AOL accounts in Gmail that work fine BUT, if I edit them and try to update the password, they fail to connect. If I try to add another Verizon account, it fails to connect. I cannot Add or Update verizon accounts in Gmail anymore. If my passwords ever change, I will be finished because I…

links aren't enabled. I don't have a pop-up setting, and my links are supposed to be enabled. I don't see any popup icon.
Tell us how to enable links, and disable popup blocker. Links have worked for 30 years and suddenly disabled themselves. I don't see any "popup blocker" icon so that doesn't work.

Problems accessing emails using local dial up numbers
For the last two months I have had continued problems accessing the internet using AOL Dial Up, using the local phone numbers, but I could connect using a long distance 877 number. after a number of calls to tech services the finally admitted that many subscribers were having trouble connecting to these local numbers. Now I am unable to access my email using AOL's software/browser. I can access it using Google Chrome. This problem is still present and I have only be able to access the internet and my email a few days during the last two months. Very disappointing!…
Sorry to hear you are having issues with your dial-up connection. Let me put you in touch with one of our technicians so they can help you connect. Please call 1-800-827-6364 Monday – Friday (8 AM – 1 AM ET,) and Saturday (8 AM – 10 PM ET.)

Why do you allow emails to be sent with no sender. I get emails several times a day with the word "None" for the sender, when i open the details the sender email address space is blank. How can I block this it is always spam I am surprised you allow this.
Regarding your issue, please follow the next steps:
Go to: Mail > Options > Mail Settings > General > Uncheck the box : “Show sender names instead of email addresses in message lists” > click Save settingsAlso, In order to block a specific sender, go to Options – Mail Settings – Spam Settings and add the email addresses in the box below “Block Mail from Addresses I Specify”, then click Save Settings at the bottom, and in case you receive unwanted emails in the Inbox, mark them as Spam.

Not receiving emails on phone without computer signin first
I have been unable to receive email on my iPhone first thing in the morning without signing into my account on my computer first. This is very frustrating and inconvenient, especially if I need to receive important emails before I am able to get to my computer. I must say, AOL is making it more and more difficult to want to stay with your service. Granted, I am a free user and was forced to your service when Verizon left my area. I haven't made the leap to another service changing my email address I have had for over 10…
In case there are multiple failed attempts, to log into the IMAP/POP server in a short amount of time, the login will be temporarily blocked for security reasons. In order to unblock it, go to mail.aol.com from your preferred browser and sign in, then wait 30 seconds and check if your email applications are able to connect. We recommend checking all of your mail applications (PC and mobile devices) and making sure they have the correct password to login into your email account.

Redirect or Push email
On IOS I can only 'Fetch' new data and not have it 'Pushed' to my iPhone. I need email instantly and not every 15 minutes as the settings only allow. Other than this, how can I redirect my mail to iCloud where I can have it pushed to me?
The IOS environment supports 2 kinds of email notifications – Push and Fetch. After a recent update, AOL Mail was designed to work with Fetch, which will check for new emails at regular time intervals. You can decide how frequently the app checks.

This is the 2nd request to stop these aolreminder messages I keep getting in my inbox with no way to unsubscribe or stop them. Please stop them or tell me how to do so. They are extremely aggravating & I have no intention of signing in to whatever they are pushing!!

The format of incoming mail changed? Incoming mail "from" changed position from the left side to the right past the middle position? Is this correct and automatic? I did not request this unless this is appropriate from AOL. Does something need to be done or is this ok? thanks in advance.
To fix this, please reset your columns by going to Options-Customize-Reset columns.
Note: The Customize option will appear grey if you have an email or the Options page open.
