  3. explain email block options

There is no FAQ on the various steps for blocking spam. I am not sure if its possible to block an entire domain, or just individual emails. I'm getting way too many. Some will send 10 or more from the same addre3ss almost all at the same time. That ought to be a flag for block ID.

  4. Prevent mylife.com from accessing email search history

Somehow this website has gained access to my email searches and responds with what seems to be an undeletable email but is in fact a link. Did AOL sell this company access to my email searches? It's extremely invasive and dangerous because you don't know when clicking on it that it's a live link and there's no deleting it. Looks like a data breach.

  6. Add in email message a block button. Totally difficult to figure out how to block an email if there is such a way I cannot find it. From th

I cannot find anywhere how to block an email message. From the other reviews of red or feedbacks given it seems you have to search high and low and perform multi task to do this. Such a simple action is blocking should be available in the incoming message. Get with it AOL this is the 21st-century!

  8. I keep getting these warnings: E M E R G E N C Y A L E R T From: VERIZON WEBMAIL <trieshgal@verizon.net> Date: Thu, Sep 24, 2020 8:46 am

I keep getting these warnings. This is the latest one when I opened emails this morning. Is there a problem with my email program or just a bunch of spam? BTW, this is on a laptop. TKS!

  9. Can you tighten your spam filter? Lately I'm getting tons.

Can the filter options include the Spam folder? I tried to set a filter but couldn't select the Spam folder as a location to move items with my chosen keyword into.

  10. It is very sad that AOL as well as most other entities have decidedly become so political. Why is your news relentless attacks on Trump

Skewed news and obviously in the tank with our corrupt political party. It is shameful. For all of those who have passed before us. Those grand parents and great grand parents who fought for your spoiled *** good graces are surely sickened by what they see has become of the elitist class we have created. Shame on all who support this irresponsibility for the United States of America. God bless us all!

  15. I pay for my AOL service. In other words, NOT free. Why are you FORCING undeletable email to be in my inbox!?

PLEASE ALLOW ME TO DELETE EMAILS IN 10-30 INCREMENTS BY CHECK MARKING 10 TO 30 AT A TIME AND HIT THE DELETE BUTTON. I USED TO BE ABLE TO "VIEW" 20 OR SO TO A PAGE, AND HIT THE CHECK MARK AT THE TOP AND HIT DELETE ONCE INSTEAD OF HITTING DELETE ON EACH AND EVERY EMAIL...UGHH

  16. Demand that advertisers, such as Varsity Tutors, from overriding the Span button. The Spam option does not work for Varsity Tutors.

The Spam option does not work for Varsity Tutors, and probably others, also. AOL should demand that Varsity Tutors permit users to send their ads to Spam.
