Dark Interface and Virtual Disk?
Hi AOL Team,
A completely dark interface and virtual disk is not bad.
Thanks.

Please allow option to include a column for email size (in kb) in the regular listing
I'd like to be able to view the size of each email (in kb or mb), in order to permit selection of very large emails that I may not wish to download to the client - or that won't download to the client. Consider adding a column to the email display list. Or add a setting with checkboxes so I can choose the columns I wish to display. Thanks for your consideration.

You are still have bugs with Russia phone numbers!!!! I don't know how to make you fix this, I had written you few years ago about this
I don't know how to make you fix this, I had written you few years ago about this. Russian's phone prefix is +7, and phone number looks like +7(989)1234567. But you stubbornly add "8", and after that phone number looks like +7 8 (989)1234567. It's so disappointed! Fix this please!!!

GET RID OF ZOTARO!
I didn't sign up for Zotaro, don't want it and tried to trash it from the Apps on my Mac. Even though it isn't listed as an app, I keep getting stuff from Zotaro when responding to email. MAKE IT GO AWAY!

deleted mail
There should be a setting that when you close the email a dialog box comes up to ask if you want to permanently delete deleted mail. This will keep the folder empty. I forget to enpty the deleted and it gets a lot in it.

For decades I have depended on AOL for my my primary correspondence. With various new ownerships, Oath, and who knows the resulting fracture
For decades I have depended on AOL for my my primary correspondence. With various new ownerships, Oath, and who knows the resulting fractures within the company as a result, the new comers have managed to ruin a household name. Of course it could be argued what do I expect from a free service — well nothing is free at the end of the day, and anyway AOL was produced out of innocence and a new era not unlike the discovery of the wheel. So now you have grown-up with the realization you can control people completely and close the door on…

Put the settings with the processes again!
Put settings with the processes again!
You previously had it where we could adjust the mail processes on the mail screen, but it's not there any longer. It's off, hidden, in some mysterious location that can't be found but portions of the settings can be found via the mail "HELP" menu.Very silly.
Put everything related to a service WITH that service rather than around the corner, behind the ficus plant, and next to the filing cabinets.
You look for tools of a program within that program. Not in another program unrelated to the program you were using, for each…

saved mail
Saved Mail
All of my saved mail has been deleted prior to 2005. Obviously, if we save our email it's for a reason. I don't recall any warning that saved mail would be permanently deleted. Way to go, AOL. No wonder so many people left. -

Going backwards ?
I'm sorry to say but having read with diligence many of the ideas, requests and ongoing list of massive complaints from long time and newer customers like I, it seems that AOL email services are moving backwards w/"improvements" instead of providing better services. Options that users liked are gone, problems that have been long ago addressed by other providers are cropping up at AOL. I remember when AOL first began that I thought it was cute and a great thing for families with children but not practical for Business users; it wasted to much time with animations and audio, but didn't…

aol user name and login
AOL is now TERRIBLE for a few reasons:
no ability to switch back and forth between email names (usernames) with convenience/expedience
a BIG advertisement appears when trying to switch screen names (System Mechanics ad--or other) VERY ANNOYING.
Could not figure out how to add username whatsoever. Need dedicated page, which brings me to #4:
"Keyword" box is not USELESS; we can no longer just look up keywords : (

Please CARE about AOL member wants & restore EMAIL ALERTS sending text notifications when certain sender mail was received --
Not everyone lives online.
If AOL wants to keep members & give value, stop pushing unasked for products and services and please deliver those functions and features this long-time member actually relied upon & utilized frequently.
Really tired of indifferent AOL customer service.
I am PAYING for this ACCOUNT, but AOL delivers incredibly poor customer interaction, and trying to gain assistance, even when the source is AOL technical difficulties, is just infuriating. With every issue and contact, I get closer to leaving AOL. . .
What is WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY that they cannot listen -- or grasp that they…

Allow automatic deletion of emails older than 2 months (or tell me how if it is already possible)
I almost never go to AOL mail as my mail is downloaded directly into Apple Mail on my Mac. I did go there when I realized that AOL was WRONGLY flagging emails as spam. I was astonished to see how many emails were in my inbox. Is it possible to set something that will delete anything older than say, 6 weeks? Now that I know I have to retrieve valid and sometimes important emails from Spam I do want things to stay around for a few weeks but the accumulation is a bit much. I have tried deleting large blocks…
