No ads at the top of my e-mail list. It looks like a new e-mail and I click on it by accident. Would rather have the ads on the right side.

Have the common sense and common courtesy to recognize that, like me, some of your users use a landline and do not text. Your demand for a cell phone number and your refusal to accept a landline number is unreasonable and ridiculous. I see I am not the first to make this complaint, and in your usual manner you seem to be ignoring our input. Please stop ignoring us.

Dark Mode Accessibility Setting
There is more to "Accessibility" than making the font bigger, and spaced wider apart.... You need to add a Dark Mode to your site. Staring at a solid white screen gives a large percentage of the population migraines. I have gotten to the point where I will accumulate hundreds of emails, because I dread getting on and looking at them, because of the bright white screen, that I know will lead to a migraine. Please add a Dark Mode.

I have been an AOL user for over 25 years. You used to be able to set writing your emails in bold, along with font and size. Now, in order to have an email written in bold you have to do each email manually. Please bring back a setting that allows all emails to automatically be written in bold. Thanks!

put favorites back to stand alone
My favorites is attached to the aol search screename and i dont understand why??????????? I want the aol search screen gone and want my favorites to stand ALONE ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS NEW FEATURE IS HORRIBLE, PLEASE REMOVE IT. Exiting from mail accidently or not, usually puts the read-message in "old mail", "recently deleted", sometime into "spam" automatically. However, there are times when it disappears altogether. Very annoying, when I didn't want to lose it, because of its importance or consequence.

forwarding email no longer works!
Setting to FORWARD all email to another email address does not work as of today, 7/11/20.

Add other email accounts
Dear Concern,
Is there any way to import and receive emails from other email service like Gmail, Yahoo etc. to my AOL account and send emails on behalf of them using AOL. I think nowadays this is a common feature of all email service providers' but couldn't find it on AOL.

2FA - Google Authenticator/Authy
Two-Factor Auth that is not tied to a phone number... like Google Authenticator or Authy support. It's too easy for a malicious actor to port one's phone number and reset the password for an account via an SMS message. PLEASE enable better security by supporting one of the aforementioned apps.
