    It appears to me that there has been a deafening silence from AOL regarding the problem of attachments being automatically saved rather than being given the option to open or save.
    As has been said by others, when the item is saved to the computer we are not given the choice as to where the attachment is saved and it becomes extremely time consuming attempting to find said attachment.
    AOL please sort this out.

  2. I have trouble previewing attachments even given the option. Every image or document needs to be downloaded first.

    Enable previewing of attachments in received mail so that attachments can be viewed without downloading first.

  3. When will you allow email attachments to be opened without having to save them to a folder. It makes no sense!

    Allow email attachments to be opened without saving to a folder. This limitation has been going on for some time and we need to be able to just open the attachment instead of saving it and having to go back and delete it. Other email servers allow this and I just can't understand why AOL hasn't made the change for the convenience of its customers.

  4. Change to new email signature, with previous version of AOL Mail.

    I use an older version of AOL Mail. I have an e-mall signature with this version. I want to change to another signature, but it appears I must first "sign-up" with AOL Gold and pay a monthly fee. Really? I have had an e-mail signature for years with the older version without a fee, but now, if I want to change to another "signature", that will involve a monthly charge, really? This isn't critical, but it is important for enjoying my email experience. Thanks, but no thanks.
