  1. bug report: "compose" auto-fills To: line with wrong address

    In web-based AOL Mail, the "compose" window is autocompleting the "to" line with the wrong address. That is, I type the e-mail address I want in to send the e-mail to, but it randomly replaces it with another address that I have previously corresponded with.

    This problem is intermittent and cannot be reproduced on demand. Most recently it happened in Google Chrome on a Windows 10 machine but I think it occurs across platforms.

  5. Delete Recent Activities

    Dear AOL,

    Would you consider to add an option in the future to delete recent activities (e-mails added, phone numbers added, changed, 2FA added or removed)? It would be great to have the option to remove them manually or to have them removed automatically after some time. It can be annoying to have some stuff from the past there that are no longer in place.

  8. Bug: Duplicated reply subject prefix "Re: Re:"

    A duplicated "Re:" prefix is added to the Subject header line when replying to an email with a three-line header Subject field as:

    "Subject:
    Re: 15.4 - How to make Mic work with Discord -- fine with Audacity and
    arecord??"

    AOL Mail generates a reply with the header field:

    "Subject: Re: Re: 15.4 - How to make Mic work with Discord -- fine with
    Audacity and arecord??"

    just answer why you put separate reply box under the email you are replying to. this NEVER happened before.

    I never ever intend to use your "new email" as I did once and it was
    terrible.

  17. When are you going to "FIX" the email problem. it's not good...you'll start losing useres-guess you don't really care.

    Feedback: Receiving email at my verizon.net address that are unreadable,but are readable at mail.AOL. About 20%, particularly commercial senders.

  20. How can I enlarge my list of folders, my mouse won't let me do it. Want to go through and remove some floders

    Want to remove some folders and can't enlarge it to see how, right click and no delete notice on list.
    Please let me know if there is another way.
    Used to use my mouse, making it wider and delete was there but mouse won't work to enlarge the window.
