  7. Phone contact for help, and/or live chat for current account

    I have two separate AOL email accounts. I can log into both accounts with separate passwords. However, when I click to read mail in either account, my account defaults to only one account. Therefore, I have the same mail from only one account and not the other. I tried changing the password on the account that should have it's own email messages, but still it defaults to the other account.

  8. Free Help for valid user

    Doesn't Aol have free help for mail once you are already and aol.com user and have paid the annual fee? I lost email a month ago and haven't been able to recover and to get assistance to get it back I have to pay? Makes no sense. I went to help.aol.com but everything has a price tag - what's up with that?

  9. Make it easy to research e-mail problems.

    Some of my e-mails can't be read because formatting data is mixed in. Can you help? If not, I will consider changing to other e-mail deliveries.

    I have trouble logging in using Linux. I use Linux. I have to get a verification code many times when I log in. I am not well coordinated, like a bot would be. Maybe I should quit using this email service. I want an email service not an experience.

    Include a way to search old emails by a rew words. The old system made it possible to search all emails from a person.or a topic.

  14. My FB account has been stolen. my AOL address is attached. now when i log into aol i only have 22 messages where I had over 200.

    20+ years using BASIC EMAIL VERSION, I want it forever, please give your customers a choice, I want BASIC EMAIL VERSION. Your NEW email format is terrible, impossible to switch between new & old versions, I am receiving SPAM daily in my inbox as never before, I cannot see a page full of emails, I cannot check boxes to MOVE emails, I cannot locate specific emails in any category, inbox confined in left side boxes, SO DISAPPOINTING, rewrite the software. PLEASE RETURN MY BASIC EMAIL VERSION TODAY. Thank you.

    Reporting a BAD Aol Webmail BUG that happens when using with Firefox v102.0.1 on Macbook Pro OS Monterey v12.4. This bug DOES NOT happen when using a new Firefox PRIVATE window, or with other browsers. This bug occurs even AFTER clearing Cashe & data.

    When doing criteria search through the AOL mail folders (just below "compose"), on criteria that EXISTS in emails, ZERO search results are returned. Please fix this ASAP. Thank you,

    Every authentication complaint is shut down because you can turn it off entirely... My account is incredibly insecure right now because I turned it off rather than having to use two different authentications. I only want one... Not two not three note zero... one... This isn't Fort Nox... How about you guys think a little...
