  2. Here's a new one! How come many emails don't get delivered either in my inbox or even in spam folder?

  3. Need the ability to mark emails as not spam

    There is no way to mark certain emails as not spam. The lack of this feature caused me to miss three critical emails and cost me several hundred dollars!

  4. Unable to deliver message returned without a clue which message was sent

    Got an undelivered email, see below, without the sending Subject or the imbedded images. How is one to know which sent email was not delivered?

    Home laptop, why do I have to keep signing in because I wasn't using it overnight??? So annoying, I don't sign out but you keep making me sign in....

  6. do not reveal the complete recovery email/phone number when reverifying

    These should be partly hidden, and not all visible.
    If someone got my password, they will see these and will know what to hack next (secondary emails and contacts).
    Other email providers have these partly covered with asterisks and only showing the first and last character.
    This is one of the primary reason I dont use AOL frequently (only for non-critical subscription and trials), other than that, ALL SPAMS.

  7. Making us pay for tech help is RIDICULOUS!

    My clients are sending emails to me that are being rejected by your server. I don't get the messages and they're not in the spam folder. I'm getting other messages. Clearly the problem is on your end, but you want me to PAY for tech help? Incredibly bad customer service and completely unprofessional.

  10. Stop making me Sign Out and then again Log Out to get off AOL. PLEASE!

    When I Sign Out of AOL, apparently I am still signed in, cause then I must LOG OUT to get completely off AOL. Hey folks - SIGN OUT means get me outta here. Same as Log Off. Get a grip.

  11. In customizing incoming email, allow us to add 'inbox.' I have mail going to 'trash' that I want in my inbox and there's no way to do that.

    Like others that get incoming email going directly to 'trash,' there's no option to move it to 'inbox' in the filters. It can only be set up to go into a folder.

  14. blocking messages without being asked

    I keep finding that there are messages sent to me that I do not receive and have to have them sent to another address. What prompts AOL to decide independently to block some messages without being prompted? AOL is becoming known for that. I often am told not to depend on AOL to get messages sent to me from them because you are not reliable in receiving all mail sent to an AOL account.

  18. Emails sent from my AOL to Gmail are bounced with various excuses such as Spam, address does not exist while it's mine, and spelling

    I've made this complaint and have never heard from anyone at AOL. I have a Verizon address which probably is the problem since Verizon in California sold their email to AOL but we were allowed to keep the address. I was requested to check with my Verizon account which I haven't had for at least 10 years. Where do I go from here?
