Customer service?
Spent 2 hours with the AOL's outsourced tech support folks today, trying to regain access to the iPhone calendar related to my Verizon.net email account...no dice. During this waste of time I realized what a fine job AOL has done isolating customers. We can't even send emails to AOL to ask questions/express concerns anymore (just try it)...we are relegated to the automated response bots and representatives with limited skills and product knowledge. Really disappointing.Hi there,

Start being honest with your customers.
The "unspecified error" your server keeps having every hour or so is obviously your way to try to force users to stop using the "free" version of aol which you advertised and agreed to provide them at the time.

aol send mail on iphone Safari web to field provides no comma.
When forwarding a message using the web aol mail on Safari on my iPhone XR, between addresses, AOL seems to normally want a comma, but the keyboard lacks a comma. I saved it in drafts, and when I got home on the desktop Chrome browser, it seemed to have a semicolon between. No idea why two periods and no comma on the keyboard!

I am having trouble with the AOL app on Windows 11. AND under Google. Am so frustated that I might have to abandon AOL altogether.
AOL hangs up and then usually crashes my system. Am on Window 11. The native app does not work well, after about 10 minutes now it hangs up. I go over to google and open a window there and it also hangs up after a while. I have been a loyal AOL user forever. I is my main email server. Would hate to give it up, but I cannot live with this.

pictures WONT DISPLAY, in email. 'hide pictures' is NOT CHECKED
Suddenly all photos are hidden. No changes made, hide pictures not checked. Don't like AOL in the first place but now why have it at all?

images are not loading in the received emails (google chrome, edge, firefox and android phone app. this started about a week ago. this is not an issue in outlook desktop app.

NEED TECH SUPPORT
I get email from PINTEREST. When I opened the email all I see are black boxes which contain pictures. I cannot see the pictures. Prior to 11./5 I had no problem opening this website. Prior emails from this site were fine until yesterday 11/5 then all photos went back to black boxes. Had a tech from AOL look at this for 2 1/2 hrs and they could not frix problem.
