By NOT having us hit an "ok" on an email we delete! Its' a waste of time!!
Every time I delete an email I don't want, a square shaped "pop up" comes on the monitor and has "cancel" and "ok"! When I delete something, I delete it; I don't want to have to keep hitting an "ok" on an unnecessary pop-up! It's time consuming and irritating at the same time. Can we please stop getting those??

Why does the *****-in-Chief appear to the right hand of the main page continuously? Is there a way that is can be removed?
Allow us (users) to omit offensive subjects, like this subject matter of the clueless *****!!!

Compose/send
the most annoying feature of your email is that when you hit compose, that space then becomes send. If you forget to move the cursor and just start typing, it sends your email before its ready.
All you have to do is move where send is. -

I WANT MY HOMEPAGE BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS A WEEK AGO! not my AOL mail page, MY HOMEPAGE AFTER I LOG IN. its not the email page.
its not my AOL MAIL page, with either the basic version or the version i am currently using. ITS MY AOL HOMEPAGE! i want that back to the original layout. the homepage is awful. i dont want the icons on the left side of the screen and the boxed news items are now cut into three sections. when logging in to my AOL HOMEPAGE it jumps to the middle of the page and i have to maneuver to get to the top of the page.. again its my AOL HOMEPAGE, ITS NOT MY AOL MAIL. how much more can i…

It just looks too much old and is a mess !! Fonts like Avenir Next or Helvectia Nue should be used.

Forwarding Several from My Inbox
I would like to forward several e-mails at one time from my Inbox to a work e-mail address. Currently, I can only forward one at a time, but with 60 e-mails a day in my AOL Inbox, this gets very tedious. I could understand a reasonable limit on the most that can be forwarded at one instance, but a limit of 'one' is not reasonable.

Screen the pop up ads in the right column
Todays pop up ad is a link to a Bitcoin scam using Peter Jones as bait. Now I'm happy to have ads relating to what I have browsed recently but did think that Aol would screen them. Having identified that this is a scam I doubt I'll every look at the ads again

Why can't I edit the subject line in an email in my inbox?
It's really annoying that we can't edit the subject line in an email. For instance, my real estate agent sends emails with the subject line Properties of Interest". I would like to edit that to show which actual location the email is referring to.

Why did my security question disappeared？ I want it back！
Today I want to reset my secret insurance.
I was surprised to find that option was disappeared after I deleted my old security question.

mark items as new even when read already
On then main 'New Mail' page when I have read an email but choose to keep it as new I need to know it is going to do that, Therefore either put a flad/tag to show it is being kept as new or revert it to new i.e. shown in bold.
