  3. Looking for accessibility help desk for people with disabilities

    My name is Michelle Duquette and I am blind. I am trying to look for an accessibility help desk for people with disabilities. I am having a problem with composing an email with using Google Chrome and/or Microsoft Edge. When I compose an email to someonek, I can't put it into the body of the message. I am using Microsoft Word to write my emails and then attached them via the web browsers that I mentioned above. I did try to use AOL Gold, but that is not accessible to me.   4. Stop auto deleting emails

    How do I prevent AOL from deleting my emails when read? I will decide which ones to delete.
    If an email is too long, I will close it to read later but AOL deletes them when opened and closed.

  5. AOL MY ACCOUNT ISSUE

    My account on aol is not working fine on my end it is not working in the computer multiple browsers like google chrome and microsoft edge, and on another device on my iphone this is a type of error that should be raised.

    ERROR MESSAGES
    "Error Failed to load user information, please try again later."

    "We are so sorry! We are having technical issues and cannot load your Wallet information. Please try again later."

    YOU ARE TERRIBLE! I blocked senders. Now I cannot get my email from my contacts either. And you want me to pay to figure out what is wrong with it. the problem is on your side. i can't believe this. i would never use AOL for anything.

  10. 2 step authentication is defaulting to email - even though I set up Phone. Why? Yes, I turned it off and back on and still does email

    Fix two factor authentication. About a month ago - it started defaulting to email me the code. My settings say Phone. I have to select phone each time! Need to add a priority to the Options. Yes - I turned it off, closed it, turned it back on - no change. Still defaults to email.

  11. Stop emails from yahoo that do not belong to us

    There should be no reason that we get emails that are not addressed to us. I am continuously getting emails that are addressed to someone at a yahoo email, and they are not mine. HOW DO WE STOP EMAILS THAT ARE NOT ADDRESSED TO US COMING FROM YAHOO?

    My verizon.net email, hosted by AOL, is sending and receiving fine, but everyone who sends me email gets a mailer.daemon auto reply that my aol.com email account is not working. I don't have an AOL.com email account? Please help!

    We appreciate your feedback about the new AOL Mail version and we would like to know how we can improve it, any feedback about it it's highly appreciated! You can revert to the classic AOL Mail but please keep in mind that this option will not be available for long. To go back to classic AOL Mail, click Settings (top right corner) then click ''Switch to Classic Mail'' (bottom screen).

  16. Constant AOL pop-ups

    I am constantly getting AOL pop-ups, that I need to update my account. I did up date my home page ( unnecessary ) and am still constantly getting annoying AOL pop-ups to up date my account. When I click on the pop-up, it opens a new different page, and then says it can't update right now, as there is no email. It's a giant pain.

  20. Old version vs new

    I was fine with the classic version but tried the new. I found it impossible to include a photo in the body of the email. It doesn't work. so I switched back to classic, and THAT doesn't work. What the ****?
