The new format is terrible--the type is so small and run together it's nearly impossible to read. I need ALL new mail not 2 weeks!
My idea is to go back to the old format! Impossible to read. Impossible to access more than 2 weeks of email--one scroll! Either fix this fast, or I'm going elsewhere. I've been with aol since the beginning but this is ridiculous and impossible to deal with!
To go back to the Basic version of AOL Mail, go to Options from the top right corner and select Basic/Accessible version.

To fix this, please reset your columns by going to Options-Customize-Reset columns.
Note: The Customize option will appear grey if you have an email or the Options page open.

STOP UPGRADING!!!
The whole new format is the pits! Why on earth do I want an email I open to spread allllllllll the way across the page so I can't read multiple emails at once? Where the **** (if you are going to set my temper off, deal with it) is the "revert to old version" button?
If you’d like to open an email in a new window or as a pop-up, please go to Options-Mail Settings-General-Reading and then check the option you prefer. Then scroll down and save settings.
