  2. When I close out an email

    When I close out an email, it now goes to my spam folder instead of old mail. I changed nothing in my preferences and want close out mail to go either to recently deleted or old mail unless I ID it as spam. You guys have really effed this service up.

  5. i have just complained about the block senders facility on AOL being absolutely useless as it doesn't block email addresses and i now have t

    THanks AOL for this and continuing to allow these parasites to infiltrate mine and others personal email addresses and passwords. This is becoming a pain in the **** and I now have to inform not blocked and genuine people who email me of my GMAIL address as you can't be trusted to look after mine and others accounts. I complained about my anger, when discovering an email address I have already blocked, and others when I looked more closely. Since I complained I have received a **** of a lot more than normal. Have you done this on purpose?????

  7. Disappearing Email

    Help! There's a ghost in the machine... I've had 10K+ emails disappear from my AOL in-box (verizon.net address) in the past couple months (both on my Apple iPhone and AOL web mail). I didn't notice at first, because the oldest mail was disappearing first. I first called AOL on 24 Oct and bought a 30-day single issue support plan (Case # 19462858). The base-level tech told me 7 days' worth of e-mail could be restored, but I declined, because all my mail dated 7 days earlier was still there.     Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're emails are going missing! This can happens if your AOL email address is also connected on non-AOL email apps, such as the native email app from your mobile device or an email app on your PC like Outlook, Thunderbird and so on. We are unable to assist you with this issue from our side, however, I do recommend contacting the phone support line to have them take a further look into this issue. Our team can be contacted at 1-800-827-6364.

  8. Change on receiving emails does not work

    The change on how the incoming emails are formatted is confusing and does not work for me. Please bring back the former. With this new format I made an error sending the entire thread of emails. The old navigatrion was fine.

  11. Why do I have to delete emails twice lately???

    Why do you have old mail and new mail categories???? If I open an email it goes into the old mail and then I can't find it, why can't it stay in new mail????? It just makes an xtra folder we don't need and then It takes forever to clean it out also. One folder, please bad enough I have to clean the spam and trash folders out I don't need an OLD MAIL folder to have to clean out also...

  13. bug report: "compose" auto-fills To: line with wrong address

    In web-based AOL Mail, the "compose" window is autocompleting the "to" line with the wrong address. That is, I type the e-mail address I want in to send the e-mail to, but it randomly replaces it with another address that I have previously corresponded with.

    This problem is intermittent and cannot be reproduced on demand. Most recently it happened in Google Chrome on a Windows 10 machine but I think it occurs across platforms.

    I do not want to use the email addresses other than @aol.com. How do I delete the @outlook.com and @aim.com addresses or at the very least make @aol.com the default.

  19. Delete Recent Activities

    Dear AOL,

    Would you consider to add an option in the future to delete recent activities (e-mails added, phone numbers added, changed, 2FA added or removed)? It would be great to have the option to remove them manually or to have them removed automatically after some time. It can be annoying to have some stuff from the past there that are no longer in place.
