Mail support for Engineers
I think you need to provide better support for large agencies. I am an engineer with the Nation Archives. Email from our agency is being rejected by AOL/Yahoo. All other outbound email is delivered as expected. I was on the phone with AOL support for over an hour, and was told it's a problem with my mail provider. I wasn't given any details, no logs, nothing! I am forced to advise management that NARA should instruct customers with AOL email addresses to use an alternate email address since we cannot sent to AOL. You're the only ones blocking us, and…

notes on AOL disappeared from my iphone - Apple can't help and can't email AOL
This is more of a complaint in that I cannot make contact with AOL for support. All my notes stored on AOL on my iPhone have disappeared and Apple say the problem is with AOL. My icloud notes are still there. Why can AOL no longer help customers?

Where did the Bulk Mail folder come from?
Spam is being placed in a Bulk Mail folder on my PC (Outlook 2010) instead of the Spam folder. It is not being deleted automatically. Where did the Bulk Mail folder come from and why can't I delete it?

No place to enter feedback
The instructions for this section says Please contact our help site if you’re experiencing an issue that prevents you from using Mail as expected.But going to the help site, there is no way to do anything except search. I tried all the contact options in the lower left but everything just takes me back to the search. I wanted to complain about mail completely reloading while I was trying to reply to a email. All my email windows were closed and what I was working on was not saved as a draft.
