One of my friends is receiving error message when sending msg to me from gmail: account does not exist. Is this an Aol problem?
Is receiving gmail messages to my aol acct a problem? I'm told several attempts failed with error msg that the account could not be found.

Email web view folder bug
There seems to be a bug in AOL Email web view I cannot explain. I was unable to access any folders in AOL Email using the web page view in the Standard Version. Only basic version was working.
The happens across three different browsers in Window 10, but I think I finally fixed it. If the Inbox style is set to OLD/NEW, I cannot load any of my other folders and cannot access old emails in Standard View. Cyrillic font support
I was forced to become an AOL mail user when Verizon sold its email service. For more than a decade I have been communicating with my friends and family in Eastern Europe, mostly in Russian. My email application uses KOI8 encoding and I have not changed any settings on it for a very long time. Never had any problems with Cyrillic. After the switch to AOL, many of my friends started complaining that my messages are completely unreadable, they see some garbage instead of letters. This never happened with Verizon. GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION OF AOL MAIL
This current AOL Mail version is absolutely the worst mail program I've ever used. The old AOL Mail handled images perfectly and even allowed the user to edit (crop, etc)
Current version almost constantly gives errors when trying to embed a photo.
Often, a draft mysteriously ends up in the deleted folder when it was to be saved. Cannot save edited contact e-mail
A server error occurred while saving your contact. Please try again later.
In order to edit a contact, please go to ’’Contacts’’, select the contact you want to edit – click Edit (update your contact’s info in the text fields) then click Save.

Pathetic e-mail set-up. I log out and log in to another e-mail account which ahs a different password.After the log in it shows how many is waiting. When click to my e-mail the page doesn't popup but its re-direct my previous account which has different sign in password. I think AOL is unsafe with password. AOL is the only e-mail doing this kind of crazy things. Bad technology in 2018.

Several weeks ago this started. Everytime I send an email, it shows up in my new unread email feed. How do I stop this?

Cannot change a contacts email, keep getting a SERVER ERROR TRY LATER Have tried for two days now and get same error.
Have tried to change a contact e-mail address and just keepl getting A SERVER ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER. Have been trying for 2 days now and still the same error.
In order to edit a contact, please go to ’’Contacts’’, select the contact you want to edit – click Edit (update your contact’s info in the text fields) then click Save.

We have just started a process to resolve this that may take up to 24 hours. If the issue persists after this time frame, please call AOL Customer Support at 1-800-827-6364 to have one of our technicians further investigate it.

Spam loading
Spam access is broken. When I click on Spam the loading indicator is displayed active. 1/2 hr later its still spinning for 67 messages. Inbox load fine. What's the problem?

When I send messages, my address also appears in the "To" box. How do I eliminate this / change the settings?

What is the Oath Brand that I have been receiving e-mails about. I don't click on items that I am sure are not legitimate. Please advise.

Provide a UK customer service telephone number asap!
I am a UK user (for over 20 years)
I have several AOL email addresses which work fine, but one of them never logs out correctly and it won't let me cancel any "recent actiivity" either.
This has been going on for months - since the switch to Oath..
Every time I try, I just get a red message saying "You have exceeded the maximum number of individual sessions that you can end at this time. To end all sessions except the current one, click on the "Change your password" link above."
Tried to contact AOL by email, but they…We no longer provide phone support in the UK, the team can be reached here going forward: https://help.aol.co.uk/email-support/
If you are using Firefox, and cookies are set for deletion upon closing Firefox, then that will result in a unclosed session. Once you change your password you will disable all the previous signed in sessions.

Can't cancel "recent activity"

Every time I try, I just get a red message saying "You have exceeded the maximum number of individual sessions that you can end at this time. To end all sessions except the current one, click on the "Change your password" link above."
Tried to contact AOL about this but they were useless, and their help section has no solution.
No other AOL email accounts have this problem.

Where and to whom do I send or forward an extorion email I received that was from me to me which I did not personally send? I need a way to!

AOL Gold
A new version of AOL Gold was installed on my (older) laptop. Now I am unable to view all of my mail on one screen and must toggle back and forth between "New Mail" and "Old Mail." Either tell me how to view both in one screen or allow me to reinstall the older version of AOL Gold -- VERY INCONVENIENT FOR ME!!
