  1. Red number by inbox

    I want to delete that red number by my old mail messages. It is over 3500 now. I am embarrassed that it has become so high. I don't want to delete all of the messages, because there is some with home addresses, that I want to keep!

  2. Fix the receipt of e-mails. I stopped getting new mail!

  3. Hello tried the 'new' AOL, at the outset received an email, no option to delete ! advertising, opened 'the thing' still no option to delete!

    To send me an email 'advertising a product, with no option to delete , also no option to delete when opened is totally unacceptable, have reverted to the old AOL, looking at Google with more interest due to this situation

  7. Aol has interfered with all my sign in's

    My user Id's were automatic upon one click but AOL stopped that and
    I now have to spell our my e-mail address on every sign in even on
    other sites. please fix.

  8. who continues to screwup AOL. Someone thinks they are improving it when in fact in fact they are not. Now its very small print.

    Make the AOL print larger like it use to be . You now need a magnifier to see now to see a lot of the AOL.

  9. I can’t find my ‘outbox” Tried to send several e-mails to my husband, in the other room. They have disappeared into the ether. ???

    My attempt to send articles to someone else, failed…I can’t seem to e-mail things like pages from the VA website? My idea is for you to fix that.

  10. Incompatible with Windows 11 email app

    After using free aol email as my primary email for more than 25 years your email is no longer workable and NOT compatible with the Windows 11 email app. I have tried all the suggested "fixes". This has been going on for more than a year. My suggestion? Give Microsoft a call and FIX THE PROBLEM!

    Your AOL mail since Beta keeps highlighting emails and I have to go in and Keep as New for each one? Why? A waste of your users time?

    When you say you offer 24/7 support, that means 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Your support is NOT 24/7 and it leaves users, even users willing to pay for support, without service.

  15. Start again from scratch. It's useless as it is.

    "Once logged in, click on options at the top right hand corner then Mail Settings
    In your mail settings, click on the Spam Settings tab
    Finally in your Spam Settings, change your spam filter to a level you desire."

    But there is no Spam Settings Tab. AOL is unbelievably useless.

    In order to better enforce anti-spam policies, AOL does not disclose the number of recipients or emails that can be sent at one time.

    If you've received a notification that a limit has been met, you'll need to wait a set amount of time before you can send more emails. Most sending limit notifications inform you of how long you'll have to wait.

    If you're planning to regularly send bulk email, consider looking into alternate solution.

  20. see, why is this coming up NOW after filling in blank ideas box below....functionality of AOL NO LONGER USABLE!!!

    Show how to increase font size when sending and receiving e-mail. Out of nowhere...started showing any text addresses, e-mail text, .search ANYTHING in such a SMALL FONTI can't read it....WHY OUT OF THE BLUE!!HOW,and WHY????? Can't even send the 'Improve' box above!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
