I have wasted over 5-6 hours of my time explaining my case #'s to Sr. Tech (#06293971, #06622993, #06879252, #06878624) to turn my daughters aol account back on (*******) It was explained the account is live on the aagi system and the only slow down was the client conversion from the Verizon acquisition. I was told her account would be turned on in 48 hours. We are past 4 months now. This is unacceptable.

Sync schedule "Auto (when received)" is not available in settings for my verizon email on my android. My aol email has the sync option. help

I am "stayed signed in"signed in on my laptop but on my iPhone I have to sign in everyday which is ridiculous. How can I stay signed in on my iPhone 6.? I do not see any menu options to do this?

You're awful, AOL. The Oath privacy policy has no privacy. And now you've allowed spammers I previously blocked to continue to spam me by deleting all my blocked senders. You should be ashamed. You should allow me to write you this by email but since you are hiding your email address I am writing this for all to see.

Why has AOL stopped providing a place to send "feedback" to AOL?

I do not enjoy seeing altered pictures of people's faces in the ad section. Seeing women with bruises added to their faces is disturbing. If I can't figure out how to stop seeing those everytime I look at my mail, I will switch to another provider.

Make logging in quicker!!! Give us better Spam controls that work!!!!

Been here forever. however, if you cannot or will not provide servers to handle email traffic, then you must provide a bulk move feature so we can move our email elsewhere with a year forward per email. we don't have three hours to get to a single email every day !!!

I have had an AOL account for years. Many things have gone wrong mostly because you are trying to make too much of a simple thing.
All people want is to get their mail simply and easily..NO FRILLS NO ****, NO EXTRAS. We all have spam filters and spyware on our computers, you are adding all this junk and nothing works properly in the "MAIL" receiving and sending anymore. keep it simple and make what is simple work correctly...…...that is all we ask.

Please allow us to upload a background, your banner alone is a joke. Google and Yahoo allow you to do that. And if not give us a night view option. I hate a white boring channel. I have asked AOL 50x already. When will it happen?

Add a function to recover text deleted in error when composing a message.

Find a way for your staff to not force their news predilections on my desk top. I find the CNN "news flashes" jumping in leftwards from the right side of the screen to be annoying, insulting and bullying. Can such news (real, fake or other) be delivered only by request or permission received?

Your spam filter regularly moves messages from my kid's high school list serv into the spam folder. I had to turn the filter off, so I wouldn't miss any important e-mail, now the messages get filtered out again. What is going on!!
And add to the list of blocked mail entire domains, not just individual addresses. Actually you should allow for a list to be imported.

Please add a sweep function to allow all emails from a selected sender to be deleted with a single click. This feature is available in Outlook and some other email providers, and is very useful for de-cluttering an inbox.
