Why can't I remove old unused folders and or least rename them?
I have been with AOL since it's startup, I have devoted years to volunteering on AOL, and put up with growth issues, changes in management and owners. As a lifetime, unwavering and faithful member I am disappointed in the length of time fixing recent changes have taken., and at how many former features have simply been removed for no understandable reason and without talking to your paying customers. When will you give us back what we so respected and enjoyed from AOL in exchange for our loyalty and money?

You are using the wrong font size at the start of my emails.
When I start typing an email, the first few letters (usually 1 to 4 letters) come out in a larger font than the rest of the text. I always have to go back and retype those letters to get everything in the correct size. I have hunted through the mail options many times to try to find how to fix this bug. It is extremely frustrating. It has happened hundreds of times.
Please try to use another browser, like Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. If you still have the same issue on another browser, we would like to have a Mail Support Agent further investigate your account and settings, so please reach out to them at: aolmailquestions@aol.com.

There is something wrong with the date of my received emails. They give 2019 and we are not there yet - March, April, etc.
There's something wrong with the date of a message. It is posting in 2019-March, April, etc. Also, sometimes the month is where the day is and vice versa. What does all this mean? I also saw where the AOL program seems to be operating from the UK. If that's the case, then I see why the dates are messed up.
Please try to clear your cache and cookies, then go on a desktop computer and access aol.com , and click on the Mail icon, and sign in again.

Security Shutdowns
Today I have been trying to retrieve a number of emails from my mail and to take notes about them for reference. Each time, however, that I leave the "Sent" page, I lose contact with my mail on the grounds that it is for my security. Since my absences have been fleeting - only a few seconds - I find this VERY ANNOYING. Please correct this trouble.

Use of Exclamation Causes Log-Out and Lost Message
While composing an e-mail, I find that using an exclamation mark results in a message 'do you want to leave this page' with options to leave or stay. Clicking either option results in LEAVE the page without a draft being saved. Both use of the exclamation while composing should not be a short-cut key. The click to stay or leave needs to be fixed. Also, is there an option to change the number of key strokes before a draft is automatically saved?
We are unable to replicate regarding the issue with the exclamation mark. Please clear your browser history, cookies and cache here’s how: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser
Also, you can try accessing your account on a different browser.
