My AOL mail is freezing up and it takes forever to open an email or a new message. Why is this occurring on just my laptop?

email bug prevents me from entering recipients email address, it stops at
the very first letter stroke, very frustrating, usually have to go home to send emails. Once I am into the email itself I have no problems, primarily in the address bar area. How can I fix this?

Your advertisements on the right side of my screen now seem to be tied to my mouse scrolling function making it nearly impossible for me to search my mail. The signals overwhelm communications with my mouse making the AOL interface nearly unusable. Please tell me this is not working as designed!

Tried the Speed up my computer App. Never was successful to complete. No confirmation email either. So I don't know what happened, but the Ad is not showing on my screen any more.

Since the takeover, something has happened to what was, the ever reliable, AOL-it has become unresponsive to commands, very slow to respond-very disappointing as I have had an aol email address for over 20 years

I am running AOL mail on Firefox. Recently, the Quick Contacts bar on the left side keeps appearing and moving up. It's also doing it with Safari. Thanks.
The recent modification to put the reply window below the message and not insert the text above the existing text is broken.
Every time I attempt to reply to a message (in both Chrome and in Edge), the AOL locks up. I finally had to forward a message to my Gmail account, so I could reply.

I finished my mail.aim.com and click on sign-off but the web refused to clear my inbox for days

errors in you mail window for loading news feed. they never load. just white blank boxes

unable to reply to certain emails. but able to send a regular email
- tried to reply to a different email and its working
- error message *Page Unresponsive*
- cleared browsing data and history
- tried using a different browser
- restarted the computer

Why will attachements when selected not open... or open some times.. by others this is a common problem and will not be fixed

What has happened? Today 11/4 it is taking forever to delete all the spam in my messages. Could you please fix this? It is bad enough when I get about 200 messages and 80% are spam.

My computer is working too slow on deletions. It takes a long time to delete a message, it just started today. 11/4/21

Ever since Windows 11 was uploaded, AOL won't allow us to open any mail folders? What changed overnight?

cannot clear the aol mail search on the aol mail website.
no way to clear the searches and it saves 5 searches and cannot clear all of it. why not?

It is a frustrating email application..I have to refresh the page several times to get the download, the scrolling does not work on the email, I have to go to the side tab and scroll from that. It IS ONLY AOL email and if I go to another browser, I don't have that problem. The browser that I use is Google, then I if I go to Firefox I don't have the problems.

the emails do not open! constantly have to close and re-open the entire account. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO AOL DOES NOT WORK I HATE IT
I GET A MESSAGE ON EVERY EMAIL 'BLAND PAGE' IS IT FIREFOX, AOL OR ROUTER? I can't sing it just get blank page like this about:blank

On-going problem with the email system. Working through the emails received and then suddenly emails start to disappear only to re-appear if one signs off and signs back on again.
