Do we have a way of reporting spam/malware to you (and then, hopefully, you do something about it)? For example, I've gotten two messages today, telling me that my email is going to be canclled or whatever, and these messages are apparently coming from other AOL accounts.
If a user is abusing our system to send mail, we're definitely interested. Please mark these emails as spam, it will generate a report that goes to a team focused on such experiences can review and take the appropriate action. For security reasons, they'll be limited in the information they can share back, however, we're dedicated to ensuring our users don't abuse our system.

Please restore the junk-mail filter capacity that you reduced just prior to marketing you're new junk-mail reduction product. This is so unethical and abhorrent. Put it back the way it was please!

It's so obvious that these emails are SPAM, why doesn't your system catch them. Also, why can't we block OBSCENE emails like we used to? Or better yet, YOU block them.
Charles Kiederer commented
Spam is getting out of hand. I get over one hundred a day, many of which are duplicate, and the spam filters and blockers don't work. You know what is spam and what is not, so just ditch it. I don't want to see it
or deal with it any more!!!!

I am getting a very annoying amount of spam. Reminders that a firewall protection has expired when I didn't ever have that particular one! These time waster come up repeatedly in spite of my pressing 'permanently deleted'. Do you know what permanently means? Please get a better control on these spams your are letter through.
ELAINE CHAMBERS commented
What about making your 'permanently deleted' choice actually work. My experience is that it keeps coming back again and again. That is not my understanding of permanent

Put wildcards back in spam filters...like right now!

Not sure what was going on today with SPAM but I was getting spam garbage in my regular email.
It's not rocket science to figure out who the handful of people who are sending the bulk of the incessant spam emails.

If you don't consider SPAM a problem to be addressed then please provide a email address so all your customers can forward these annoying emails onto yourselves. Then you will be able to see the size of this problem.
RICHARD MARPLE commented
I received an obvious spam email today. OKAY, none of the filters are perfect, but when reviewing my AOL inbox online, the email was not to be found in either the inbox nor my spam collection. So this sender bypassed your accountability processes altogether. FYI.
Deborah Kilby commented
I have blocked firstname.lastname@example.org and am still getting the spam from them. What else do I need to do. Thank you for fixing this problem for me.
Any email address - as it keeps changing - which ends as follows should be blocked....

Just started having 0ver 50 to 100 spam messages each day, so what did AOL do? most are sex oriented, never open but the contents is right there when you open your email page, vulgar and intrusive. So undo whatever you did,PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DONALD DUSTIN commented
Stop sending me ALL emails beginning with admin@ or info@
Stop the scammers...email@example.com ... is back!!!!
However, they use th3 above name in the "To" line and NOT in the "From" line. They use an enormously long email address in the "To" line to throw you off their track. They are so far 80% of my spam mail today. Once they get going, their spam mail will just keep increasing every single day. I thought I would alert you. Thank you.

Another great day!
Another email to AOL!!
When will the spam emails from Admin @ and A @ ever end- maybe by tomorrow - maybe by next week - maybe by the end of the year!
I guess you just enjoy my daily emails!
I changed my password on Sunday night.
But nothing helps !
This just keeps going on and on!
I love emailing AOL every day!!!!!
Thanks for listening ..... again!!! Are you out there?????
