I agree with BOTH of these aol subscribers/users. WHY! WHEN THERE IS NO UNUSUAL ACCOUNT ACTIVITY... There must be something wrong with the way AOL detects this an they should FIX IT! Furthermore....I checked my security profiles and there was no unusual activity....and....AOL has my profile set as "Request 2SV"...which means I NEVER enabled it in the first place! SHUT THIS THING OFF/FIX IT, AOL!

Stop requiring me to verify my account when I attempt to login to my email... if this continues I'll switch to another email

Why do I now have to verify each and every time? For years, it was once in a while.

Why do I keep getting a message: "we noticed suspicious activity" and when I check Account Info > Recent Activity there is only one that shows: "this session". There is no other activity indicated! Why am I being harassed?

Enough of the requiring a security code from another email account, it has happened 4 times this morning, there is no suspicious activity!

I am out of the US and everyday that I try to log on to my account I have to get a verification to do so, because I am out of the country this cost me $10.00 everyday to receive text messages and phone calls. This has be going on for the last week. Please stop this verification requirement immediately!

My idea is that you actually do your job and determine when someone is using the same device each time. Check marking the stay signed in box is apparently useless. You are NOT protecting me when you demand a telephone code each time I sign in despite the fact I am using the same computer I've used for years. How about actually responding to some of these complaints listed below and not just give platitudes that leave you with no responsibility. I have been an AOL user for 30 + years and I will soon cancel this account because it is becoming obsolete due to stupid situations like this. You are putting yourselves out of business!!

This has been every day for the last week. I sign in once a day to check my email and have had to get a "verification code" every single day. It's ridiculous! I see you say "it's to protect the online safety" but this is going overboard now! I could understand ONE check after changing the password but day after day is too much.
