why do we have to sign in every time we want to check our emails, please fix this
I want to stay signed in on my emails, i check them several time per day
i do not want to sign in each time. please fix this issue tx

To stay signed in to your account, please clear your cache and cookies: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser. This will eliminate the possibility of the issue being caused by cache stored on your browser. Then make sure to check the ‘’stay signed in’’ option from the sign in page at mail.aol.com.

I have been asked this the last four consecutive times I have signed in. This is unfair to the elderly and those with visual issues. I will definitely move to gmail if this continues.

I too am TIRED of the Captcha tests every time I log in! PLEASE Stop this. It is NOT necessary, and very inconvienient to those of us with visual issues.

I am fed up with the constant security methods you are using like select the squares with cars in or bicycles or traffic lights. It takes me ages sometime because the pictures in this method are extremely poor. If it continues, I am moving over to Google!!!

Yes, you have me sign in a number of times, and my mail page never loads. I have to go back out and click on aol again, to get in. By the way what happened to my emails. There are no emails passed July 13th. I used to have them a full year.

Something has happened at AOL. Everytime I try to get my Email, I get a "Sign in" request with a box that asks if I want to stay signed in in order to avoid this repetitive process. ALL TO NO AVAIL. AOL IGNORES MY "STAY SIGNED IN PREFORANCE". WHEN I CALL AOL I AM FORWARDED TO A TECH, WHO PITCHES THEIR ANNUAL TECH HELP FOR A MERE $9.95/MO. OTHERWISE" GET LOST - YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN BUDDY" - IS THEIR RESPONSE. AOL must be planning to get bought out by some larger fish and is looking to cull out it's customers. PATHETIC..........WE NEED AN INVESTIGATION AND PUBLICIZING OF THIS NEFARIOUS PRACTICE.

My AOL email will not stay signed in. Your "fix" for this problem doesn't work. Fix it or I will also go to Gmail. You leave me no choice.

I tried to sign in and was told that there had been 'some unusual activity on my account'. I had to sign in with a code sent to my mobile via voice call. I would like to know what 'unusual activity' there was on my account, or was this just a sneaky way by AOL to have my mobile number confirmed?
I am also unable to post this comment without allowing 'user voice' to access my profiles!!!! -

I sign in under my "L" email, you ask me to "verify" my email name starting with "R" I have to sign out of my "L" email, I go to my "R" name and get the code, then the verification thingy is GONE! WhaT a royal pain!
I think you need to come up with a MUCH BETTER SYTSTEM! -

Mentioned the steps to fix AOL Mail app problem for iPhone -
1. Fully close the AOL Mail app - Start by fully exiting the AOL Mail app (and all other apps or programs running in the background), then try opening it again.
2. Check for the app and system updates - To check for the AOL Mail app updates, visit your device’s app store. To check for system updates, visit your device’s settings menu.
3. Clear cache and data - You can typically clear cache/data via your device’s settings menu. This step removes temporary files to help free up needed space.
4. Uninstall/ Reinstall the AOL Mail app - On select devices, you can uninstall and reinstall the AOL Mail app to help alleviate any issues.
5. Restart your device - Restarting your device will help you refresh the entire device which will stop all the unnecessary apps running in the background that might be affecting the performance of the other applications. Also, it reconnects the internet connection.

It has also shown email sent on my phone as "sent by external AOL....." what has changed.
