To stay signed in to your account, please clear your cache and cookies: https://help.aol.com/articles/clear-cookies-cache-history-and-footprints-in-your-browser. Never ceases to amaze me how much AOLAOL Mail can disconnect you while using it for no given reason or state something like it disconnected your account because of security reasons while you were reading emails!

KEEP ME SIGNED IN .AOL IS A LOAD OF RUBBISH YOU ONLY HAVE TO LOOK AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS YOU GET. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS . IF IT S NOT SORTED SOON I WILL FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER

Tired of being automatically signed out with a message of due to inactivity while I am checking my email... Sometimes right in the middle of reading one. I used to like AOL, but since you changed it, I don't. Looking elsewhere.

Make the setting "Stay signed in" really work. As of Oct.29., that directive on the AOL log-in does not work. Sending the poor, tired-of-fooling- with-you client a number to enter at log-in is an empty promise; that gambit doesn't help either. Why I personally want to stay logged-in is none of your business.

Why when almost everytime I try to sign in, I am forced to get a new verification code before allowed to continue getting signed in? I am too often faced with this:
-----
Do you have access to this email?A*****YZ@suffix.com
We will send you a verification code to verify you're the owner of this email to get you signed in.
-----Will you, AOL, get this fixed?

When I am working on my email, and having to do things on other things on the computer I go back and forth. Sometimes even when I am in email it shuts off right in the middle of writing an email, saying it is being shut off for not using it. Is there a setting for this?

Lose the bit with having to wait for a code before being able to sign on - AND let us go right to our email without having to suffer through the Huffington Post ****!!!
