post a visible link to password on every page on the Left column
I lose time trying to re-learn how to change the password, why do you hide every feature, one has to lose so much time opening different links to figure how to do a simple change of password...will you ever grow up....? You are over 25, behaving like 6 years old....

Been trying to change my password for 3 weeks and keep getting temporary sign in only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every time I try submit a new PASSWORD I get rejected !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! worst system I have ever encountered !!!!!!!!! HELP !!!!!!! phone or site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am not able to access my verizon.net email for the last two days. I need help in resetting the password in my Outlook, a task which was previously handled by Verizon. (I can get into my AOL Account fine since I reset THAT password). THE PROBLEM IS THAT AOL DOES NOT OFFER ANY HELP OPTIONS, does it ? ? ? No email. No chat. No phone. No relevant article. No Facebook Support Group (dead link)... Can any kind person at AOL please help me? So I wonder if I will ever get access to that email again.... ?

Every six weeks or so the sign in procedure changes. First it started supplying my username. Then it stopped and I had to type it in. Then it restarted the name and I changed my password. Now the good password I used was rejected (no reason given?????). All this leaves me with the feeling of being hacked. And for the third time I have had to change my password. Improve This!!

Fix password reset tool so passwords after being reset actually work, also have chat support so venting frustration isn't the first thing I do.

********! I've been having trouble staying signed in for weeks now using Google Chrome. It drops me out several times a day and wants to text me a verification number and asks me to reset my password. -

I have , once again, received a report from my associates that my PASSWORD was found compromised on the dark web. I will change it AGAIN but what is wrong with AOL that this happens in minutes??

I have multiple aol accounts and the older one that is used by my facebook account, I do not remember my password because I rarely login. I have raised money on ******* and setup that account with my FB account and I am now unable to get the money out because I cannot get to the verification email on my aol account (********@aol.com) I do not have a phone or secondary address added and I consistently get the "We can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a while." I tried speaking with AOL support via phone but they would not reset my password without paying them $5 after asking me security questions and keeping me on the phone for 30 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous that AOL is unable to provide incredibly basic support to their users without charging a fee. You are currently keeping me from donating $500 to a local hospice center. Please be decent humans and help me with a simple password reset.

I need to log in to my account i however signed out. my password was automatically saved every time i Signed in. Now the only verification is a mobile phone that is deactivated. i can only receive messages thru whatsapp and imessenger with that old number that is disconnected. this is a archaic method of verification. no one thinks to update email service provider of mobile changes or when they have disconnection. One would think to contact necessity (credit cards, and various other appurtenant companies of telecommunications changes.) This is archaic and not sufficient method. i am willing to provide my ID, bills, phone Bill of old number.

One of our accounts has been locked with a security question that we are unaware of. One you agents said that she could not help us. If we can't get this resolved, we will cancel ALL of our AOL accounts.

Can't login to email account if additional verification required from alternate email account no longer exists! Did you not perceive this possibility, or did you expect email accounts would never expire or their companies would go out of business. If a valid user ID and correct password are not enough, and users have already proven they are not robots, then your email system is not worth bothering with.

Password reset: I know my password, but apparently it is incorrect. I use "apparently" because it is written down, and not incorrect.

The Help Site is not helpful at all with me resetting my password. Please assist!Edit: I've already called in, and gotten a message that I must be a Premium Subscriber to do a password reset over the phone. What kind of operation is this where you cannot do a password reset on your own, and it charges you to do one when calling in? (when calling in is the only thing you CAN do?)

I am a former verizon.net customer that was switched to you. I have been using OUTLOOK POP3 to get my email for years. I just got a new computer and with OFFICE 365. I need assistance getting the setup to work properly. It might be a password issue, but I am not able to locate the password in my records.
