post a visible link to password on every page on the Left column
I lose time trying to re-learn how to change the password, why do you hide every feature, one has to lose so much time opening different links to figure how to do a simple change of password...will you ever grow up....? You are over 25, behaving like 6 years old....
We have an article to help! Be sure to check out: https://help.aol.com/articles/account-management-managing-your-aol-password
You can contact our phone support representatives at the following number: 800-300-5017, 24/7. They will be more than happy to help you reset your password.
As much as I would like to help you directly, for security concerns, we do not handle account-related information through this forum.

After a discussion with one of your agents, i was been told that i have sent a request to cancel my account. I would like to inform you that i have not sent that message and request you to disregard any such requests.
Also, i have reset the email password so that the person sending you these email wont have access to my account any more.

i can't get aol to open and if it does it won't allow me to place a password and i pay per month for service
Trouble with new password.
When visiting family I have used their computer. In doing so I have lost my password. When I create a new password it does not work. This has led to much frustration. Why doesn't AOL let me use a new password?
I AM EXTREMELY ****** OFF ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I AM ANGRY I HAD TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD. MY PASSWORD HAS BEEN PERFECTLY FINE, GREAT, WONDERFUL, SUPERB SINCE EMAIL WAS INVENTED!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE IT. MY PASSWORD WAS EXTREMELY SECURE AND YOU ********* MADE A CHOICE FOR ME THAT IS ********* IN ITS DESIGN. I WAS NOT GIVEN THE CHOICE!!!!! THAT ANGERS ME. I WILL, AS TIME GOES BY AND ALLOWS TO MOVE EVERYTHING TO ANOTHER EMAIL FORUM!!!!!!! I HATE AOL NOW!!!!!! ********!!!!!!
Even here, on feedback, you guys just can't stop messing with people. I get about two words in, and your page jumps to already resolved issues. You can't address new issues if you refuse to allow them to post.
i have 4 screen names under my primary, forever i can sign into all of them, no problem. Today i can't get into them. have to change password, give security answers on names i never set security questions on, and every password i enter your site doesn't accept.
how about taking care of business instead of constantly fussing with your members????
Since the 1980's, and you STILL can't differentiate between spam and people who i correspond with regularly!!
fix your sign in area and make it connect with the email area........I cannot get to my emails due to your misc stuff
i kept getting locked out of my email. Received notifications that my password had been changed. I emailed support, didn't get a response BUT I did get automatically "agreed" in to the new Oath policies and now I have no problem logging in....

Top paragraph says we use "proud" but should say "proud runner": which is sometimes taken and so methinges refused???? We have spent four weeks trying to get a proper password for our two usernames and even hired someone to helpjet us. Still does not work. Norma Anderson firstname.lastname@example.org. and email@example.com
******* or 41 is not my email. It wads a mistake. My email is *******@aol.com and has been for years. Remove pls ******@aol..com...wghich already has a message o n it. have another email which is *******@aol.com and have trouble always with p[asswords. I was okayed with password of serena2019 and sometimes it works and sometimeds it doesn't. Same with *******. Sometimes they take password of perfect star and other times say no and we use proud/ No matter what we do we cannot get o9ur usernames correct passwords and we actually hired someone to try to fix it (we have a new HP computer and hate it). Make a way to change my pw from inside my account. I get a notice that my pw changed from my phone and so I have to sign in from my other email. Once I'm inside I sign out of all accounts and in the new mail I can see the pw which is huge and obviously created by a hacker or robot type program but I can't change it because they already changed my pw and it's not going to let me do it again. So while I'm patiently waiting to be able to change my pw, someone else is in my account searching for private information.

I’m trying to help my husband access an email he couldn’t change the password because he had his old number and didn’t setup a higher level security he has had a while and I have an Apple iPhone and his is a Samsung Android and I think it’s making things worse I just need some sort of help with this I’m not an expert and it’s frustrating me! Please please help! The two phones are making it much more complicated I think. Thank you!
After being an AOL member for 25 years there has been issues in the last month with my passport not been any good. I do not feel that I should have to change my password each and every week it is becoming ridiculous and I am about ready to cancel my membership to AOL if this problem continues

I use Verizon Fios and have an E-mail address of firstname.lastname@example.org. I had problems with my computer and took it to Office Depot. I cannot access my old E-mails I use to have. The Tech at Office Depot said I need to get there through Aol however, I cannot figure out how to do that. Can someone advise me? Since I can't get to my old E-mails it doesn't make any sense to send me an E-mail there if I can't see it. Please let me know what to do or call me at (301) 424-5635. Thank you very much.
