post a visible link to password on every page on the Left column
I lose time trying to re-learn how to change the password, why do you hide every feature, one has to lose so much time opening different links to figure how to do a simple change of password...will you ever grow up....? You are over 25, behaving like 6 years old....

We have an article to help! Be sure to check out: https://help.aol.com/articles/account-management-managing-your-aol-password
You can contact our phone support representatives at the following number: 800-300-5017, 24/7. They will be more than happy to help you reset your password.
As much as I would like to help you directly, for security concerns, we do not handle account-related information through this forum.

Even here, on feedback, you guys just can't stop messing with people. I get about two words in, and your page jumps to already resolved issues. You can't address new issues if you refuse to allow them to post.
i have 4 screen names under my primary, forever i can sign into all of them, no problem. Today i can't get into them. have to change password, give security answers on names i never set security questions on, and every password i enter your site doesn't accept.
how about taking care of business instead of constantly fussing with your members????
Since the 1980's, and you STILL can't differentiate between spam and people who i correspond with regularly!! -

Make a way to change my pw from inside my account. I get a notice that my pw changed from my phone and so I have to sign in from my other email. Once I'm inside I sign out of all accounts and in the new mail I can see the pw which is huge and obviously created by a hacker or robot type program but I can't change it because they already changed my pw and it's not going to let me do it again. So while I'm patiently waiting to be able to change my pw, someone else is in my account searching for private information.

After being an AOL member for 25 years there has been issues in the last month with my passport not been any good. I do not feel that I should have to change my password each and every week it is becoming ridiculous and I am about ready to cancel my membership to AOL if this problem continues

I use Verizon Fios and have an E-mail address of rwillis976@verizon.net. I had problems with my computer and took it to Office Depot. I cannot access my old E-mails I use to have. The Tech at Office Depot said I need to get there through Aol however, I cannot figure out how to do that. Can someone advise me? Since I can't get to my old E-mails it doesn't make any sense to send me an E-mail there if I can't see it. Please let me know what to do or call me at (301) 424-5635. Thank you very much.

I am being asked to create a new password weekly. All of my emails are then returned due to "fraudulent activity." Hours of wasted time and messages not delivered. I will need to switch to a different means of email if not correctable.

I refuse to change password so Manilla call center is telling me I can no longer access my account. I will actively resist a machine telling me what I have to do. Need help accessing my account.

I have been thrown out of sessions in the middle of reading an email. I have been forced to change my password every day. Today I had trouble coming up with an acceptable password. All my messages, whether to one or more people, are being bounced as "suspicious". When are going to fix this problem? I'm not alone.... You are forcing me to use gmail, which I HATE. But this is NOT acceptable.
