post a visible link to password on every page on the Left column
I lose time trying to re-learn how to change the password, why do you hide every feature, one has to lose so much time opening different links to figure how to do a simple change of password...will you ever grow up....? You are over 25, behaving like 6 years old....

We have an article to help! Be sure to check out: https://help.aol.com/articles/account-management-managing-your-aol-password
You can contact our phone support representatives at the following number: 800-300-5017, 24/7. They will be more than happy to help you reset your password.
As much as I would like to help you directly, for security concerns, we do not handle account-related information through this forum.

What is going on with email with you people. I am getting fed up with changing the same password I have been using for almost 20 years. Get with it or I am going to bail after all these years. How many times do you have to send me a code to get to the same place I've been. Since I can't get to my email, it doesn't do you much good to send me a good there

AOL was once a good provider with good back up when needed. Long ago ?? What happened to customer service?
NOW its impossible to speak to anyone. Thinking of emigrating to another ISP after 30 years. !! -

I am sick and tired of trying to sign in under one screen name only to be told " ow suspicious activity and I need a code sent to another e-mail, get the code and it's timed out. try again all over", and the same **** over and over again and again. I have staved with AOL far too long and that will change today.

I always sign out of my email. When I do go to sign back in, I am asked if I want to sign out? or stayed signed in? I should already be signed out, that is why I am signing in. Does this mean someone else is signed into my account?? I find myself changing my password because of this.

Having already had problems trying to open and read my emails, I am now getting a Gateway time-out error when trying to login to my account.
AOL is getting extremely bad, not yet having had any response to my earlier faults and now with this. I MUST have access to my emails, as it is critical, and there MUST be a proper access to support. Waiting for days on end for AOL to respond is not good enough. -

Suddenly, I cannot log in my aol email account. There is the red message "Sorry, we don't recognize this email". What happened to my email account?

Real human support. I wanted to do a Chat with AOL for a problem signing out; the software will not allow me to sign out. But when I try to Chat, it wants me to sign up for a trial of the paid service, but I am already a paying customer, for over 10 years!!! AOL is billing me, actually more than the current rate (6.99 per month), but AOL doesn't even know I'm already a paying customer??? REALLY

I've been locked out of my mail account. Every time I try to verify by email code sent to my alt account it says it's timed out. Nice way to discriminate against someone because you don't like what they post!
