Log in problem
Every time I log-in I encounter a problem with 'https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers?sessionId=1_cc-session_0068860a-2fdf-4b56-9b04-5b6e62b1cc87' I found that if I use the back arrow three times and reenter my password, it works. What is this?
I understand AOL is free, and supported with ads. However, in this era if hack attacks, phishing attempts, viruses, etc., many companies are preventing access to the advertisement link the preceeds AOL mail.
Plus, the SSL certificate for guce.advertising.com is not valid:
"This server could not prove that it is guce.advertising.com; its security certificate is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection."
If AOL can't fix this, I will be forced to change providers. Thanks,
Please fix this Guce.advertising thing. I've used aol forever. Don't want to change
there is no way to correct "guce.aol.com" unless someone from AOL remotes into my Think pad & fixes it
there is no solution to "guce.aol.com" apearing on my think pad & signing me off from getting my Emails. IS ANYONE FROM AOL LISTENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????????????
cannot get through to anyone at AOL about the problem of my Emails on my Think pad
keep getting guce.aol.com & it signs me out.
Should be a way to report technical issues and problems.
technical problem reported as resolved is not resolved.
EVERY time I login, I get connected to guce.advertising.com. Then I have to start over and login again! So frustrating and a waste of time.
