Automatically delete emails that older than 60 days
Allow individuals to set a time after which emails would be deleted, i.e. 60 days.

Automatic email deleting. That is all I want.

Very needed function. It is horribly time consuming to delete old mail page by page. We desperately need a way to delete old mail prior to a specified date. Otherwise, old mail tends to pile up by the thousands! This feature would surely help your servers as much as ours.

I want to delete last year's emails because anything I want to keep I put in a folder. I have 4,000+ emails. I want an easy way to delete them for 2018.

How can I recover an email sent to me in March? I’ve asked AOL are they’re not interested! I did not delete it so it must be there somewhere!

I have over 7700 emails and if I could just pul them up a page at a time and hit the select all key and delete everything below it only on that page, I could clear this issue. However it selects everything from the current date down as well. Help!?

Agree - I manually delete emails 100 at a time (max. allowed per page) using select all box at the top of the column. It would be better to set a time lapse for auto-delete and allow that as a Setting.

AOL IS THE WORST! I can't delete the remaining 25,000 plus emails of my original 32,000 because when I click the box to select them all then click on the trash can icon, it comes up EVERY TIME that an Error occurred and it can't delete the emails. The only option it gives is to click OK and then I try several times after that and its the same **** thing! Over time I have accrued all these **** emails and unless I want to homestead on my computer until I DIE OF OLD AGE, I'm stuck with these **** things and can't get rid of them and there are MORE ADDED EVERY **** DAY!

Is there a way, or could a way be provided, to have an option to automatically delete emails from the Trash folder when they reach a specified age?

I recently discovered all my AOL trashed emails are deleting, though on my Mac I have the preferences set to never delete and my trashed emails go back years. I got a customer care service person who hung up on me, who said this is not possible to change, but then I see online that one can email AOL and they may be able to help. She was saying AOL always deletes them after a week, only this is new for me.

Please do not delete "read emails" I'd like to look back at least 1 yr. How do I change this?

I have over 5000 unread mails that I would like to delete so I can retrieve some disk space back. I average 3-4 pages of new mail a day. Please offer GOOD suggestions.

I create folders and store everything in those folders. It seems to be working.

I agree. The Trash folder used to automatically delete emails in it after a week I believe. Now it doesn't do that at all.
