Typical response from AOL...clear your browser and try again...lol!
Why does AOL use the same response every time? The issue wasn't my browser because I had already cleared cache and cookies. Nor was it my browser as I use the latest version of IE. The issue is with AOL's servers not performing well and the delays in data processing which has happened before.
