Won't attach..
AOL email will NOT open "Attach" to let me attach a folder to an email I need to send. Why?

Make sure that you have the latest version of the browser installed. You can try accessing your account on a different browser.
Also, check if the file names don’t include special characters and the total file size is limited to 25MB per email, which includes both incoming and outgoing messages.

For some reason, I am no longer able to send mail with attachments (just PDFs, not necessarily large files) & sometimes even if I just include an emoji I get an "technical error" message and it won't send, AND can't even "Save as Draft" the emails because I'll get the same "error" message! This is extremely inconvenient for business dealing where I need to send clients attachments. Please look into this - your Troubleshooting page on this issue was not helpful at all. Thank you!

How can I send videos that are larger than whatever is allowed, all I get is file is too big. Why is it so limited? Is there a quick easy way to get a video sent via AOL?

I Log into Aol from the web using Safari on a Mac Book Pro. Recently Am unable to attach and send files less then 25mb.
I get "we have encountered a technical problem, please try again"
HELP!!! Otherwise I MUST switch to something else

Aol mail cannot send files 25MB and plus.My file is 24.6MB and I still get a message stating that my file is 25MB and it cannot be sent.

I have called Apple. They have tried to correct the problem. They have a list of more than 250 people with this same problem.

Using aMacBook Air, with Safari, AOL will not accept an attachment to an e-mail. This has been happening since late May or early June. Please fix!!!

Unable to send emails with an attachment since late July 2019. Safari is browser on MacBook Pro circa 2016. AOL message after all attempts is "technical issue. Try again." Please fix or advise. Yes AOL now is my email provider and I was allowed to keep my verizon email address.

After attaching just one photo to my E-mails I am unable to send it out.
I keep getting a message saying "WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. TRY AGAIN.
Can your Technical people correct this vexing problem.

For the past two days, I've been unable to send any email with any kind of attachment. I haven't changed anything in my computer, so the problem is obviously some bug in your system. I've tried restarting my computer, and that hasn't worked. I've logged into and out of my account multiple times. Something has gone wrong with your system, and you need to fix this problem quickly. People rely on their email, and sometimes, they need to send an attachment. I'm using the Safari browser on a Macbook Pro. I'm not interested in using another browser. I'm interested in AOL fixing their system to function as it always has.

AOL loads much too slow email as well as attachments even after clearing history and cache. Also take sending spiraling for ever to send emails even with no attachements or threads

Use the Aol App. It works. My regular Aol does not work. It does not even send emails using Safari and iphone. I downloaded the Aol App and it works so far.
The Aol Help desk could not solve the problem.
