spam settings
Your Product (ahem!) 'Support'(?!?) does not help one iota...as a reply which you gave as...."Due to recent adjustments to the AOL Mail platform, the Spam Settings customization, are no longer available for all accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience. In order to block a specific sender, go to Options – Mail Settings – Spam Settings and add the email addresses in the box below “Block Mail from Addresses I Specify”, then click Save Settings at the bottom, and in case you receive unwanted emails in the Inbox, mark them as Spam.".... DOES NOT WORK EITHER!!!!!
I enter the email address to be blocked, but it will NOT allow me to click anywhere else to confirm...as no links work!!!!!!!!!!!
Get back to having a phone number (as big as you are), as the 'support' is ridiculous!!
Oh, and instead of the 'opt-in' we have to tick (but can 'opy-out' later).. WHY can we just NOT opt-in in the first place???...as this seems like AOL are forcing us to do something (dictating!) we do not want in the first place!!

After typing the email address in the ‘Block mail from addresses I specify’ box, press Enter on your keyboard or click on the + sign at the end of the box. After you are done adding all the email addresses you want to block, click on ‘Save Settings’ at the bottom of the page.

Stop letting disgusting *** e-mails from coming in my computer. I am sick of deleting between 20 to 50 per day. MAKE THEM STOP. emails from *** website. If this doesn't stop I will file against Aol Mail for allowing harassment. They refuse to stop sending them.

How do I get a ton of abusive ads stopped from my email address. I don't know who is at the bottom of this, but today I got 27 of them. These are daily amounts and I am sick of it.

I HAVE JUST BEGUN RECEIVING SEXUALLY ORIENTED E-MAILS. WHAT DO I DO TO STOP, OTHER THAN LEAVING AOL?

WHY do you not offer and WHEN are you going to offer SPAM mail blocking options that people are requesting? By not addressing people's concerns you will only lose users. I, for one, have been with AOL for a number of decades, but I'm just about ready to leave. I know a lot of other people who have already done so. Why does it seem like nobody cares?

Today I have 205 spam emails. Will you please take down this email account. Can no longer put up with this. It has been probably two years since this has been going on.

Why not reinstall the stop sender button and stop all these complaints ?

I have had at least 150 or more spam emails in the last two days. I have tried to stop them, but it is impossible if you keep letting them come thru. Get the AOL settings back to the way they were. We have no control over this situation.

Everyday dozens of items appear in SPAM. Should be a procedure to select all and block.
