Stop the ads, nothing more nothing less AOL. lets start a cancellation policy
How about this, we all start to cancel our business with AOL until they rollback this ******* decision. They have taken advise from some clown or competitor to ruin a decent business. a 20 yr customer about to cancel.

I have reported an add as not wanted 10 times at least and you keep sending it. Please read your mail and stop sending trash. Obviously you are not a good client facing company, prove me wrong

why is AOL charging us to have ad free email? we are all, obviously, very loyal customers. you don't see us running off to the gmail party.

I pay a monthly fee for my AOL account, and I a very unhappy that suddenly a line of ads appears on the line above my inbox. And now you are asking me to pay MORE to have these ads not appear any more? Gmail is looking better and better to me. I see other AOL users also feel the same about these ads. It's obnoxious!

A paid subscriber should not have to see ads. It's ridiculous how many are shoved in my face. Telling me to pay even more to get rid of ads is crazy. I only stay with AOL because I don't want to give my friends a new email address, but I will absolutely do that if I must.

Your aol website is running a false ad about Costco closing. This is a well-known click-bait false ad that has been around for a few years. Really? You accept ads from ANYONE?

why are there yahoo ads on the right side. This is aol not yahoo of which I got rid f because of this. The ads are slowing the emails from coming up to read. Please dont start what yahoo does just to get people to pay for email service.

Please remove the misleading banner ad from Kathy Tran. The heading implies that she is a Delegate when she has not been elected to any office. Likewise it claims that she accomplished items when she has not held office. Please remove this false ad.

I don't bet and I am trying to get rid of the betting ads, and even though I stopped personalization, I can't get rid of this stupid betting ad. Help!

Product Support suggestion as listed below does not work when you can't alphabetize by sender to group for deletion - The ad banner that has suddenly appeared at top of my emails is blocking any sort capabilities. I'm not paying to have ads removed- I will find another email provider if this issue is not remedied quickly.
