Stop the ads, nothing more nothing less AOL. lets start a cancellation policy
How about this, we all start to cancel our business with AOL until they rollback this ******* decision. They have taken advise from some clown or competitor to ruin a decent business. a 20 yr customer about to cancel.

Why am I seeing “Ads”? Unlike some of the others, I actually pay a monthly AOL premium. I did not used to have them until I did the required AOL mail update a few days ago. Make it stop.

Free account here, and minimum ads. But, AOL is in bed with the Socialists.

When I open my emails, the ads pop up and my mail disappears! I am paying every month so I need to know how I can stop these ads from interfering with my mail!

Virgin gambling ad with spinning wheals not necessary. Highly distracting, don't need it. How are under 18's or ex gamblers able to rid them selves of this blight. AOL get your act together!!!!

Reduce the number of ads. I only use my AOL account for junk email and a few old friends because of the number of ads and clickbait that you are displaying.

I do not want to do business with lending tree. They are not a good business to do business with, I keep asking them to stop e-mails and they ignore and pile on more. I will choose the people I want to do business with. I do not mind a brief ad but every time I open my AOL I get bombarded with Lending Tree ads.

I agree whole heartily that you should stop all this anti Trump bias you are constantly subjecting subscribers to. I would never make AOL my home page because of this. I just keep my AOL Email address to use for people and businesses I do not care to hear from. You don't let me cancel the address, so it comes in handy! PS TRUMP 2020!

Allow the users to SPECIFY types of ads, and placement. I would NOT object to ads for museums for exampoe, at places I want to visit. But thee is a LIvestly ad with a pair of women who look like boob job bodymodded bimbos in bikins at the top of the webmail page and it makes me wish for castration implement usage on everyone involed in producing and deploying and facilitating that piece of sexist demeaning excrement being present display on my computer dipslay.... Give users CONTROL of ads and where they're placed for the users to see, and there won't be hate mail about what ads show up!

Per your current Ad campaign, I cannot even read my email without banners showing up. Like many others, I am leaving. I would be willing to pay more if I was not being bombarded with ads for products/service that I will never use.
I have been with AOL for close to 25 years (i am no longer sure when I started it has been long)
but I now have choices and you have lost based on repeated bombarding ads.Marleen

I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER 15 YEARS. AOL HAVE NOW PLACED AN OBTRUSIVE AD IN THE APPEARANCE OF AN EMAIL AT THE TOP OF ONE'S EMAIL 'IN' FOLDER. IT LOOKS LIKE AN UNATTENDED EMAIL AND IS DAM WELL INFURIATING. THIS MUST BE REMOVED.
