Stop the ads, nothing more nothing less AOL. lets start a cancellation policy
How about this, we all start to cancel our business with AOL until they rollback this ******* decision. They have taken advise from some clown or competitor to ruin a decent business. a 20 yr customer about to cancel.

Agreed on all counts. I have been paying for this service since the 1990's and I have had it with the ads on EVERY spot they can be placed. If AOL management is so pathetic that they cannot come up with a model that does not include driving away your loyalist of customer's then you will fail and it will be well deserved!

I am a paying customer and do not really use your "benefits" such as McAfee.
Why not stop the ads for paying customers like the online streaming services and other reasonable services do. That would offer some incentive to keep paying monthly -

I'm tired of AOL being unable to block unwanted senders with AOL telling me that the **** email address doesn't exist when I just got it off the **** email!! I've been a AOL user for over 25 years but that's in jeopardy!! If you can't meet your subscribers needs, get out ot the media delivery business AOL!! You have official been certified as a joke!!!!

Same feedback from me that aligns with many others, loyal to AOL for a number of years, back when monthly service was less than $10/month and now paying $30/month and INUNDATED with moronic and unwanted ads! I really need to kick this habit and move my email to one of the "free accounts" that have a reason for excessive ads to fund their service. And ditto to political bias! Gone are the days when companies that provide a public service remain neutral in their political and religious beliefs, letting their customers arrive at their own opinions. AOL's practices will kill its service and have no one to blame but themselves.

I'm a long time AOL user (1990's) and have been teased and laughed at because AOL is considered old school and out of it, but I'm loyal so I am still here ... BUT ... the political bias is B.S.! AOL is trying to sway the vote.I looked up some of your writers and they are all on one side of the fence. One day you will be obsolete because you could not stay neutral.

there is an HTTP:YAHOO.COM message all over the aol bingo site. It is extremely annoying can you get rid of it or are you allowing it for some unknown reason?
The ONLY reason I use aol at all is for their bingo game!!!!

Why do I pay a monthly (hefty) fee and yet I can barely open anything and read it because there are so many ads and some won't even go away. Why do we pay .... we still have ads. I might as well have free AOL or Yahoo.

The ads showing up in the right side of aol mail is totally annoying but now you've started to allow ads to show up as an incoming email that i can't delete is absurd.

Finally to the point I looked for an avenue to express my long held annoyance with the **** advertising on AOL. Been a customer for many years and just opened up an alternative email account. We pay for the service but get bombarded with advertising. Open up valid links to be bombarded by further advertising. Enough.
