Stop the ads, nothing more nothing less AOL. lets start a cancellation policy
How about this, we all start to cancel our business with AOL until they rollback this ******* decision. They have taken advise from some clown or competitor to ruin a decent business. a 20 yr customer about to cancel.

EVERYTIME I CLICK ON AN EMAIL. I HAVE TO GO BACK AND LOG IN AGAIN TO SEE THE REST. WHO'S BRAINCHILD WAS THIS?
AND WHO NEEDS ALL THE ADDS AND POPUPS ? NEVER HAD THOSE WITH MY OLD EMAIL. I THINK AOL SOLD OUT. .

Why have you given people the option to dislike an advert, only for it to appear again?!

And I don't tweet

As a paid subscriber...I still see ads. And each day there is one more block or password to pick up my mail from another site and so called privacy steps are annoying. Some of us still use more than one computer /phone...It is part of our work life...All of this change has only added confusion.

Every day spam, 10,20,30, sometimes 40 spams. how to stop? Must be a procedure for stopping this garbage, I don't need to enlarge parts of my body or drink something from them so let me know what to do......thanks

I only use AOL for mail primarily due to inertia on my part. The new format is annoying on a computer and frustrating on a cell phone due to the intrusive ad format. On the bright side it is enough to force me to finally move on as so many others have done.
Good luck AOL I have a feeling you are going to need it.

You’ve already got months of negative feedback on the changes, and yet you charge ahead with forcing even more of us to endure this ****! I’ve had my aol account for decades, and I’m in agreement with the rest of the reviews - the new format is a mistake from top to bottom. There is nothing I like about it, and enough that I really dislike, that if you won’t allow the option to revert to the old version, I’ll be moving on to a different provider. At the very least, you should not have email automatically opening when one is deleted. You sure know how to annoy the **** out of someone just wanting to spend 10 minutes dealing with emails, and end up taking over an hour instead. There was nothing wrong with the old format (although it’s obvious that you felt enough of the page wasn’t overtaken by ads, and did your best to remedy that...soon we’ll have about a 4 inch cube of actual space to read in the email window).

They are almost covering up the complete story print. Then I try to get rid of them and end up clicking on another unwanted link. Very frustrating and aggregating. If this continues I'm changing over to Gmail after all these years with AOL.

Why am I getting ads for Planned Parenthood and various forms of contraception? I am postmenopausal (and a decade so!). I am a proudly pro-life Catholic with six kids. It's interesting to see what the other side is thinking... but not all day, every day.
Is the assumption that any woman wants these ads? It's insulting, if so. You're good at noticing when I look at clothes or shoes. Surely you might notice all the Catholic chatter that flows through my email and figure out that not every woman in Maine supported the Democratic challenger to Susan Collins.
Please, please redo your advertising dynamic so that I can get a break from these ridiculous ads for causes and products I couldn't possibly support. I'm not that hard to predict!

I do not want to see those adds of poor starving dogs, I would rather see the owner chained up. STOP the ASPCA adds STOP

The ads are annoying, I have been contemplating on stopping the AOL account which I have had for over 30 years. With this added advertisements now, I am leaning towards deleting my AOL account.

I have intentionally PAID FOR MY AOL for YEARS. This $4.99 to get rid of ads is EXTORTION. You apparently are joining Google in dictating to CONSUMERS what they have to do!

Please remove the materials on the side of my email. Very very distracting.

Please lose the ads containing repetitive gifs, and please lose the ads displaying images of bodily fluids.
