How can we improve AOL Mail?

Stop the ads, nothing more nothing less AOL. lets start a cancellation policy

How about this, we all start to cancel our business with AOL until they rollback this ******* decision. They have taken advise from some clown or competitor to ruin a decent business. a 20 yr customer about to cancel.

    Please remove the advertising I am not interested in it. I can't even open my email because of all that ****.

    At times my viewing window is less than half the area and it's difficult to read the entire matter. Get rid of most of the ads!!

    Please get rid of the side ads. Slows everything down and is a pain and distracting

    WHEN YOU FLASH ADS ON RIGHT OF SCREEN IT CAN CAUSE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE SEVERE EPILEPSY. IT IS ONE THING TO PUT UP AN AD ON SIDE OF SCREEN BUT TO FLASH ONE AFTER ANOTHER IS MADDENING AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY TO EPILEPTICS. MY BROTHER HAD GRAND MAL EPILEPSY AND I ONCE SAW HIM HAVE A SEIZURE FROM FLASHING LIGHTS.

    Your TOS says we can opt out of ads, but there is no easy to find way to do this. Actually, having searched your site for the "opt out' and 'advdrtise/ing' I think you have removed the ability to opt out. Shame!

    THE ADS ARE TO BIG . A SMALL AD AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT WHERE I CAN OPEN AND DELELTE ITEMS I DO NOT WANT TO READ

    I have a spanish ad listed on top of my emails - next to blue box stating - sponsor. I am American and do not speak or read spanish and want this removed and replaced by an ad in English.

    I'm dumb enough to pay for AOL, I shouldn't have any advertising on my screen and I should be able to delete my SPAM. I can't for some reason.

    Block ads from poping up on my e mail because it will not allow me to get into my e mail until ad is done this should not be happen all the or no time these ad should not be stopping you from getting into your e mail

    No... the problem is when one has bought...no new adverts...that is the problem...so, I do NOT want see an advert from companies just bought from....solve that... easy...(you would need to employ me)
