Stop the ads, nothing more nothing less AOL. lets start a cancellation policy
How about this, we all start to cancel our business with AOL until they rollback this ******* decision. They have taken advise from some clown or competitor to ruin a decent business. a 20 yr customer about to cancel.

Totally ridiculous and unacceptable to have an ad at the top of e-mails that looks like a message !!!
I'm gonna cancel after 25 years if that ad is not removed. Ads all over the page and now on my message list???!!! NO THANKS - GOOD BYE -

Adds are annoying enough- now pic adds appear within my e-mail in box- get rid of that or give me an opportunity to eliminate that! Have been a user since 1996- this is enough to make g-mail my primary account!

The ads that are part of my e-mail are totally distracting.... stop the ads on my personal e-mail
screens. I'll switch to another service if these remain.

I get the need for ads. But as a heterosexual male, I can't stand the ads for flabby arms targeted to women, not to mention the Match ads for gay guys. Make it STOP. Please.

I am getting really tired of all these ads flashing on the right of the screen.
I am also getting items at the top of my email that I can't delete. -

It's ridiculous. This is a service we pay for. Ads shouldn't be included.

We give the feedback that we don't want the ads and you continue to deliver the same ads. i have tried the button that says they are inappropriate. Same ad appears again. What if I was genuinely receiving inappropriate advertisements? You are being irresponsible. I have tried all the options. You clearly don't care. It makes no difference. If you are that desperate for the money I hope they pay more than those of us who will cancel their subscription if you continue.

I agree, we do not want to see irrelevant adverts ... AOL may be hard up, but we are not responsible for that ... sort out what is a priority, keeping your email addresses clean or paying your executives and extra million or so for going out to lunch with their chubby cohorts ???

I am definitely on board. Now I believe the service has deteriorated to the point where typing an email is torture because the AOL ap is slowing everything down making simple act of typing mail a terrible experience,
AOL FIX IT OR LOOSE REVENUE AND CUSTOMER BASE .....BIG TIME. !!!!! -

I am with everyone else about the ads, both at the top of the new e-mail list (totally different placement now) and on the side, but my question/request/complaint is about "location". I have moved and I want my new location to be set. I change and save it every time I log on, but it does NOT get saved. What is up with that?? Thank you.

Like the Ads wern't already enough of a nuisance, they also deleted the feature for Forwarding rules, then when I went to aolmailquestions@aol.com, they said there is no support. Its like they are trying to drive people away. AOL email has degraded to a shell of what it use to be, the way AOL treats is services it seems that they pander to people who are probably vulnerable to scams and a prime target for online predators. Great Image AOL, keep up the shit work.

I definitely agree with the statement at the top of this site. If you do not remove these adds, I will find a new provider for my emails.
