You may have cost me my biggest client.
DO NOT MERGE THIS WITH ANY OTHER REQUEST. IT IS NOT THE SAME!!!!!!!!
I used to be able to have the spam filter turned off. Suddenly, AOL started deciding what was spam. I don't see this on Outlook where I collect my message. I had eight orders from one company go into spam. Give back the option to disable the spam blocker. I can decide for myself what I want to keep and what I want to delete.

My friend in Europe thought I died from the Coronavirus because the email she sent me went to your spam folder. WE MUST BE ALLOWED TO TURN OFF YOUR DEFECTIVE SPAM FILTER!

Agreed. Virtually all me email now foes direct to spam including emails that I mark as VIP to try and highlight I want them. Fix it or I am off.
I prefer to decide for myself what is spam and what isn't. You do a lousy job of determining what is spam and what isn't. You are wrong almost all the time.
Please restore this basic function. I filter my emails on my system after downloading. I don't want my valid emails blocked by your incompetent algorithm.

This is a request to add an option to TURN OFF ALL SPAM FILTERING. This is not a "gee, I didn't know that marking it as not spam would fix it" because it won't. I have no idea anything is going into spam because I don't use your service directly. I just thought orders were down. TWO WEEKS OF MISSED ORDERS! I'm not going to log in to AOL just to see if anything went into spam. When I set this up, I could turn off spam filtering. I WANT TO TURN OFF!!!!!!!!! SPAM FILTERING. I WANT TO SEE EVERY FRICKING LAST EMAIL THAT COMES IN REGARDLESS OF WHETHER IT IS SPAM.
