RE: All those wonderful steps you're taking
Stop! Let me use my email. Your latest bar to entry was someone noticing "unusual activity" at my email address. Was this the same genius who suspended another account of mine due to lack of activity, an account that sees upwards of twenty emails a day and several outgoing emails a day? The same programmers who forced me to make a password change on that account and then wouldn't recognize the new one, but allowed the old one?
Are you trying to be annoying? If so, you're succeeding beyond all rational expectation.
Stop fixing things that aren't broken and start addressing things that are.
Respectfully,

AOL is left wing and unfortunately many of us users have to see anti-Trump stories.

AOL Only posts negative stories about President Trump. I have never seen anything good said about him on aol. Many of us aol users are not Left wing haters. You are insulting half the nation with your bias. I am also tired of seeing Obama's face when we should be hearing about the great things President Trump is doing.
It is sickening how you treat our president. -

All the Trump stories I've seen are just reporting the facts.

No, do allow anti Trump stories. You allow him to lie and tell falsehoods so allow the reverse. Trump is a boil on the *** of humanity. If anything, ban him and anything he has to say.

Disagree, if you allow Trump to push his self-serving falsehoods then be fair enough to allow the truth about him to be told also.

I regularly receive e-mails stating that my account will be closed because of one technicality or another. I am sure that these e-mails are phishing attempts, but is there anyway that I can make them stop? I am sure others are getting the same e-mail. Am I receiving this junk mail because AOL has been hacked?

Once again we need to tell your news service to stop the Trump "hate" news service only. I saw an article today about the republican conspiracy concerning falsifying the deaths counts. Maybe so but how about the msnbc and cnn reports that say all day long that Trump will be making money on the drug that he (and many respectable doctors around the world have advocated) has been talking up. One a bunch of idiots and cry babies "we lost the 2016 election waaaa"

Well stated and agreed. Looks like yellow journalism to me. This is certainly not fourth estate worthy status wise. Only use this service for e-mail and the only reason for that is that you guys were frontrunners.

You bombard us with ads and when we close it mark it as anything like seeing it multiple times, offensive, not relevant or applicable, not interested in we still continue to see the freakin ads. I don't care about your politics I don't care about your fraud charities I don't care about anything google fb aol yahoo promote & more importantly when an ad is not relevant to me is annoying is seen multiple times in a row it is spam especially after I mark it as such. I have marked the stupid 2020 survey BS as seen multiple times, as spam, as offensive, as irrelevant, and as whatever other options are suppose to remove it from future viewing. I accept some ads but when an ad is marked as offensive or not relevant or spam why are we force to continue to see it. BTW most males don't need to see ads for ****** augmentations or ****** cancer checkups not sure why we have to continue seen these especially when we don't visit plastic surgery or ****** cancer check up sites then I could see. I can understand when I visit amazon or Walmart & you show me items I have bought or looked on but seriously plastic surgery? Dental ads make more sense I mean everyone goes to the dentist most at least twice a year so that make sense. I have seen nothing for the last hour but that bloody 2020 census freakin ad & don't give a **** able it remotely. California needs less politicians & more actual functioning roads & reliable repairs. We need on going maintained on our bridges roads & dams not politicians to block spending money on those things so they can spend money on illegal immigration & criminals working for drug cartels. When we don't want to see an ad stop spamming us with it.

Howard i agree 1000% its disgraceful how AOL portrays every news story/headline against TRUMP!!
After this mess is over I am going to say bye to AOL, and Ive been on it almost since inception in the late 90's

I totally agree!

I agree. Enough already. Just report facts, not your opinions or analysis of the facts. When Madonna has a bra size change - that does not rise to the level of news.

I am receiving hundreds of spam pornographic email. I am a 75 year old woman who would never solicit this type of mail. How do I get rid of it?
