In addition to the lockout you have somehow "lost" my older emails. I am not happy with this change and I want my old emails returned.

This is ridiculous having e-mail out for days at a time. I count on being able to access my e-mail. Such a lack of customer service.

My Netscape account was supposed to be unavailable on 4-Dec for an upgrade and available on 5-Dec. It is now 6-Dec and … nada. No explanation, no nothing. WTF?
