slow AOL
At some point in everyday AOL slows to a crawl - 2 - 3 seconds for a keystroke. It is impossible to get anything done. What is the problem?
If this is not corrected I and many other will choose another email platform.

Hi there,
Most latency issues are due to software being out of date. I would suggest trying another web browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

My internet connection speed is 1GB!! However, it takes FOREVER for AOL messages to load and even longer to attempt to move them into a folder. I have waited as long as 20-30 seconds for emails to appear in my "Old mail" and "sent mail" sections. Sometimes, I even restart my computer because AOL has become so incredibly slow to load -- but that does NOT help.
