Train tech support to help customers without pressurizing them to buy packages for money to resolve issues
I kept sending emails to firstname.lastname@example.org for almost 2 months about overflowing spams without anyone paying attention to my repeated queries/complaints. The Help/Feedback section is blocked on my AOL page. Whenever I've called in the last 10-12 yrs., I get connected to another country and they only pressurize to buy a package to resolve issues. This has been a consistent problem. Do we pay every month to spend more money on tech support? Your company doesn't even value old clients!
