Have enough staff and train them to help customers instead of selling packages to resolve issues
Sending emails to email@example.com didn't help for almost TWO months!
My help/feedback section has been blocked by AOL on the homepage.
Since the last 15 yrs. tech support at AOL refuse to help with technical issues and try to get more money to resolve issues. It seems there is no tech support in USA because I always get connected to other countries when I call AOL customer service.
